Universidad Rey Juan Carlos Resolution dated April 27, 2026 of the Rector of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, by which the REGULATORY BASES AND THE CALL FOR SCHOLARSHIPS OF THE V EDITION OF THE “RURAL CAMPUS” PROGRAM are announced: UNIVERSITY INTERNSHIP IN RURAL ENVIRONMENTS, DURING THE 2025-2026 BDNS COURSE: 902411 Extract from the Rectoral Resolution of the Rey Juan Carlos University of THE REGULATORY BASES AND THE CALL FOR SCHOLARSHIPS OF THE V EDITION OF THE “RURAL CAMPUS” PROGRAM: UNIVERSITY PRACTICES IN RURAL ENVIRONMENTS, DURING THE 2025-2026 COURSE In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First: Beneficiaries The recipients of these scholarships are Bachelor's or Official Master's students at the Rey Juan Carlos University. To obtain the scholarships that are the subject of this call, applicants must meet the requirements established therein. General Requirements a) Be an official Bachelor's or Master's student of the Rey Juan Carlos University who meets the requirements established in RD 592/2014, of July 11, which regulates the external academic internships of university students, as well as the specific regulations on academic internships of the URJC and the particular conditions of the internship that you request. This will imply, at least in undergraduate studies, having passed at least 45% of the total credits of the degree. b) Possess Spanish nationality or that of another country of the European Union. Non-EU foreigners must prove that they are in possession of a valid permit to reside in Spain, or be considered refugees or stateless persons. c) Students who are studying at the URJC as mobility students (Erasmus, SICUE...) will not be able to participate in the Program. d) People who maintain any employment or internship relationship during the same internship period of the Rural Campus, which requires registration with Social Security, are excluded from this call. e) Under no circumstances may persons or entities who meet any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of General Law 38/2003 on Subsidies be granted beneficiary status. (Financial Requirements or other requirements that must be met) - Comply with the requirements contained in this call and other obligations contained in article 14 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, from the submission of the application until the end of the scholarship. - Submit to the verification actions, to be carried out by the granting body where appropriate, as well as any other verification and financial control that may be carried out by the competent control bodies. - Communicate to the granting body as soon as it is known and in any case before justification, the obtaining of other subsidies, aid, income or resources that finance the subsidized activities that are incompatible with the purpose of this call. - Proceed with the reimbursement of the funds received if any of the causes of reimbursement contemplated in article 37 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies, occur. Second Object The purpose of this call is to carry out a period of training internships in any local administration, institution, organization or company legally constituted and established in rural areas with depopulation problems, by virtue of the Agreement signed on April 14, 2026, within the framework of the Agreement signed on April 7, 2022 between the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge and the Rey Juan Carlos University for the implementation of the Rural Campus Internship Program Universities in the Rural Environment, caused in turn by the agreement between the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, the Ministry of Universities and CRUE Spanish Universities for the promotion and monitoring of the Program, signed on November 16, 2021.
