SUBSIDY IN FAVOR OF MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF SALAMANCA WITH POPULATION LESS THAN 20,000 INHABITANTS, FOR CLEANING OF URBAN SECTIONS OF CAUCES. CAUCES PLAN 2026.

Official description of the call

First. -Beneficiaries: Municipalities of the province of Salamanca with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, meeting the following requirements: As of January 1, 2026, they have a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants. That THERE HAVE NOT BEEN BENEFICIARIES of this subsidy in the previous call. This criterion will not apply when, once the economic amount of the Plan has been distributed among the admitted applications, there is still available credit that may be used to finance the applications included in this case, once they have been scaled according to the assessment criteria defined in the EIGHTH BASE and until the available credit is exhausted. That the request meets the requirements established in the SIXTH AND TENTH BASES. Be up to date with compliance with your tax or Social Security obligations imposed by current legislation. Be up to date with the fulfillment of their tax obligations with this Provincial Council and not be indebted to it for any other non-tax concept. Be up to date with payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies. Not be subject to any of the circumstances listed in article 21 of the Subsidies Ordinance in relation to article 13.2 of the General Subsidies Law. Second. - Purpose: Execution of cleaning and clearing actions of urban sections of river and stream channels with the aim of improving the drainage capacity of the channels and minimizing the risk of floods and fires and their effects. Third. - Regulatory Bases: Public call for subsidies under a competitive competition regime, in favor of municipalities in the province of Salamanca with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, for the cleaning of urban sections of channels (belonging to the Plan Cauces 2026), published at: https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias/903183 http://www.lasalina.es/presidencia/informacion/subvenciones/subvencionesplazoabierto/index.html Fourth. - Amount: The initial budget allocated to this call will be 500,000.00 euros (VAT included), which will be allocated to channel cleaning actions in urban sections based on the requests made, available credit and order of priority based on the score obtained. For clearing and cleaning actions of surfaces equal to or greater than 3,750 m2, the maximum base bidding budget for the execution of each of the actions covered by the call will not exceed the limit of 6,000 euros per action, VAT included. For clearing and cleaning actions of surfaces less than 3,750 m2, a unit price of €1.60/m2 is established, VAT included. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications Although the call and its regulatory bases were published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 86 dated May 8, 2026, the deadline for submitting applications will begin to be computed from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province. Applications may be submitted within a period of 20 business days from the day following the publication of this announcement in the BOP.
