Transportation aid from the University of Cádiz for carrying out curricular practices during the 2025/2026 academic year

Official description of the call

First. - Call250 transport grants are called for the development of curricular practices during the 2025-2026 academic year. Second. - BeneficiariesStudents enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year in the official degrees and master's degrees from centers of the University of Cádiz, who carry out any of the practices defined in base 1 within the aforementioned academic year, may be beneficiaries of this aid. To obtain any of the aid, applicants must meet the following requirements: a) Have been a scholarship recipient of the Ministry of Education's general scholarship call during any academic year. Degree or Master in which you formalized registration. b) The internship must have a minimum duration of 4 weeks for those students who opt for aid for carrying out curricular internships during a single semester and 8 weeks for those students who opt for aid for carrying out curricular internships during the two semesters of the 2025/2026 academic year as long as a minimum duration of 4 weeks in each semester is accredited. c) Students who have been beneficiaries of other scholarships or aid granted for the same purpose in each semester will not be able to obtain this aid. the academic year 2025-26, this aid being compatible with the aid integrated in the call for General Scholarships of the University of Cádiz. d) Not having been excluded for a use of the aid other than that established in the call. Third. - Applications The application must be completed using the specific form for these Aids accessible electronically, through the Electronic Headquarters of the University of Cádiz at the address: https://sedelectronica.uca.es When completing the application, it will be signed, in accordance with the provisions of articles 9 to 12 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, authorizing the University to obtain from other public administrations the information that is necessary for the determination, knowledge and verification of the personal, academic and economic circumstances necessary for the resolution of the scholarship application. The deadline for requesting aid will be between June 1 and July 15, 2026, both inclusive. Room. - Amount of aid The beneficiary of the aid will receive it based on the shortest kilometer distance that exists between the location of the center where the internship is carried out and the location where the student resides during the course or the location where his Study Center is located: a. From 0 to 5 kilometers: the amount will be €30.b. From 6 to 30 kilometers: the amount will be €75.c. From 31 kilometers onwards: the amount will be €100. If the internships are carried out during both semesters, these amounts will be doubled in amount unless the internships are carried out in each semester in centers located in different locations, in which case the amounts provided will be applied to each period based on the existing kilometer distance. If the internships are carried out in the same semester in two different locations, the amount corresponding to that provided for the kilometer distance of the Center in which the internship is carried out for a longer duration will always be applied. In the event of equality in the duration period of the same, the amount provided for the greatest kilometer distance will be applied. Fifth. - Information about the processing of the scholarship To obtain information about the status of the procedure, interested parties may contact the Student Management and International Relations Area – Scholarships of the University of Cádiz.
