SUBSIDIES TO NON-PROFIT GROUPS, COLLECTIVES AND ASSOCIATIONS THAT DEVELOP SOCIAL PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE BAZTAN AREA. YEAR 2026.

Official description of the call

The Local Government Board of the Baztan City Council, in a session held on May 7, 2026, adopted the agreement to approve the bases for the granting of subsidies during the year 2026 to non-profit groups, collectives and associations that develop social projects and activities in the Baztan area. First.– Beneficiaries. Groups, entities, collectives and associations based in the Baztan Valley that intervene in the Baztan Valley will be subject to the subsidy. Or based outside of Baztan but intervening in Baztan. - Not for profit. - Develop prevention, social assistance or accompaniment activities, leisure and free time or social incorporation. And that in the previous year, at least they have carried out some activity or project in Baztan. - That they are duly registered in the Registry of Associations of the Government of Navarra. If they do not meet this requirement, they would have a period of 10 days to formalize the registration. -Be up to date with the payment of tax obligations in the Treasury and Social Security. Present the supporting documents. -Be up to date with payments with the Baztan City Council. The City Council will verify this information ex officio. Second.– Object. The purpose of this call is to establish the system for granting subsidies to non-profit groups, entities, collectives and associations that intervene in the Baztan Valley and that promote social integration. The purpose of the subsidies will be to support entities that influence the development of the social well-being of citizens, expressly aimed at disadvantaged groups, with special needs or integration difficulties through prevention, assistance, leisure and free time activities and social incorporation. The final objective of the subsidy will be to support the entities in financing. Never fully finance the Third Party entity. – Regulatory bases. http://www.baztan.eus Fourth. – Amount. The financing of this subsidy will be made from item 1-2311-4820000 “SUBV.ENTIDADES BENEFICAS,ACC.SOCIAL.” of the Expenditure Budget of the Baztan City Council, endowed with an amount of €30,000.00. Fifth. – Deadline for submitting applications. 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, applications must be processed through the electronic registry of the Baztan city council within 30 calendar days of the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Navarra.
