Official description of the call
First. - Beneficiaries. The awards are announced in five modalities: Municipal Commitment to Small Business; Small Business Trajectory; Entrepreneurship in Commerce; Open Shopping Centers; and Technological Ideas applicable to Commerce. Second. - Object. Call for the National Domestic Trade Awards for the year 2026. Third. - Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of the National Domestic Trade Awards are included in Order ECM/1191/2025, of October 20, which establishes the regulatory bases of the National Domestic Trade Awards. Room. - Endowment. The National Small Business Lifetime Achievement Award; the National Award for Entrepreneurship in Commerce; the National Award for Open Shopping Centers and the National Award for Technological Ideas applicable to Commerce; They are endowed with 25,000 gross euros each. The National Award for Municipal Commitment to Small Business is honorary, without a financial award. Second prizes and mentions may be awarded in each of the modalities, which will have an honorary character. The prizes, second prizes and mentions, in each modality, will obtain an accrediting diploma. Fifth. - Presentation of candidatures. 1. Candidates may be submitted directly by interested parties, or by business associations, corporations or public law entities. 2. Candidacies presented by natural persons may be presented in the manner and places referred to in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Candidates submitted by legal entities will be presented in the electronic Registry, accessible through the electronic headquarters associated with the Ministry of Economy, Commerce and Business, at the following address: https://sede.mineco.gob.es/es/procedimientos-y-servicios-electronicos/centros-directivos/detalle-procedimiento?val=178760 3. The successful bidders must present authenticated copies or the original documents, if required, in accordance what is established in article 28.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. 4. Candidacies may be presented within a period of one month from the day following the date of publication of the extract of the call order in the "Official State Gazette".
