Subsidies to companies and entrepreneurs in Tenerife to carry out cultural projects, 2026

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Companies or individual businessmen (hereinafter companies) that have their social and tax headquarters in Tenerife or those who, not having social and tax headquarters on the Island, apply for activities that are mainly and significantly developed in any of the municipalities of Tenerife may participate in this call. Second. Object. These subsidies aim to contribute to the partial financing of expenses incurred by activities carried out by entities in the cultural and creative sector and, consequently, those that have a direct relationship with artistic and creative expressions; These activities include the creation, production, dissemination and conservation of goods and services that embody cultural, artistic or creative expressions, as well as other related tasks; in particular, literature, audiovisual, design, music and sound art, performing and movement arts and visual arts. Third. Regulatory bases. Approved by Agreement of the Island Government Council of May 13, 2026, and published in the BOP of Santa Cruz de Tenerife No. 60 of May 20, 2026 (https://www.bopsantacruzdetenerife.es/bopsc2/sumario.php?codigopub=1&fecha_mas_reciente=2026-05-20). Room. Amount. The subsidies in this call will be financed from budget application 26.0801.3343.47900 of the Budget of the Island Council of Tenerife for 2026, for an amount of seven hundred and fifty thousand (€750,000.00) euros for projects carried out between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027. The amount The maximum subsidy is determined by applying a calculation system by sections to the total project budget. Fifth. Application submission deadline. It will be twenty (20) calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Applications are filled out according to the standardized model enabled at the electronic headquarters of the Cabildo Insular de Tenerife at https://sede.tenerife.es. Up to 3 applications may be submitted, one per modality. Sixth. Other data. Required documentation: once completed, the application will be accompanied by the cultural activity project; a budget of income and expenses; the memory of the applicant and the cultural activities carried out previously; responsible statement stating the number of previous editions of the project presented and the year of celebration of each of the editions; and the rest of the general documentation included in base 9 of the call. Justification: the subsidized amounts must be justified within two months after the completion of the activity or project. In any case, two justification deadlines are established: until February 28, 2027 (for activities carried out until 12/31/2026) or until August 30, 2027 (for activities carried out until 06/30/2027).
