DIRECT SUBSIDY TO EELL FOR CHILDREN'S SCHOOLS - STUDENTS 2-3 YEARS. COURSE 2026/2027

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The local entities of the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha that own nursery schools that teach the first cycle of early childhood education, to students aged 2-3 years. Second. Purpose To finance 2-3 year old education in nursery schools owned by the local entities of the Autonomous Community of Castile-La Mancha, which teach the first cycle of early childhood education during the 2026/27 school year. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 34/2024, of July 2, which approves the regulatory bases for the direct granting of subsidies to local entities of the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha, owners of nursery schools that teach the first cycle of early childhood education, to students aged 2-3 years, co-financed through the European Social Fund Plus Program of Castilla-La Mancha for the period 2021-2027, modified by the Decree 41/2025, of May 20. Room. Amount The total amount allocated to this call amounts to 20,230,000 euros, distributed by annuities as follows: 8,092,000 for 2026 and 12,138,000 for 2027. The individualized amount of these subsidies will be a maximum of 35,000 euros per unit of 2-3 years per school year. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call resolution in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha. Sixth. Other data. Eligible expenses are those that undoubtedly respond to the nature of the subsidized educational service, are strictly necessary for the provision of said service and are carried out in the period between September 1, 2026 and August 31, 2027, in accordance with article 31 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Applications will be submitted only electronically, with an electronic signature, through the Electronic Headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es/), by completing and sending the form available at said Electronic Headquarters and on the Education Portal of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports (https://educacion.castillalamancha.es/) which incorporates the responsible declarations and data verification authorizations. to the Administration necessary to prove compliance with the requirements. The documents provided along with the application must be digitized and presented as files attached to it. To facilitate the complete electronic processing of the file, the requesting entities, through their legal representative, must register on the Telematic Notifications Platform of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha, at the following address: https://notifica.jccm.es/notifica.
