Official description of the call

First. Object and purpose. 1. The purpose of this resolution is to call for aid aimed at the digitalization and promotion of the commercial and productive activity of the artisan sector of Castilla-La Mancha, for the financial year 2026. 2. The purpose of these subsidies is aimed at promoting the digitalization of the artisan sector, encouraging actions to promote it and encouraging investment in artisan workshops, so that their commercial and productive activity is increased, as well as their competitiveness and profitability. economical. With all of this, the aim is, on the one hand, to promote the continuity of traditional crafts with the preservation and recovery of their techniques, and on the other, to promote new crafts, thus promoting innovation in the sector. Second. Regulatory bases. Order 80/2025, of May 23, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, establishes the regulatory bases for aid intended for digitalization and the promotion of commercial and productive activity in the artisan sector of Castilla-La Mancha. Third. Help lines, eligible actions and subsidy amount. 1. The subsidy lines are the following: a) Digitalization line for the artisan sector. b) Line of promotion of the artisan sector. c) Investment line in artisan workshops. 2. Eligible actions are those included in articles 12, 13 and 14 of Order 80/2025, of May 23. 3. The maximum percentage that may be granted for each action will be 70% of the approved eligible expense, except for craft associations and federations thereof, which will be 100%. 4. The maximum total amount of aid to be received by each beneficiary person or entity, regardless of the type and number of lines or actions requested, will be 15,000 euros, except for craft associations and federations thereof, which will be 20,000 euros, taking into account the exception provided for in article 4.2 of Order 80/2025 of May 23. Room. Beneficiary persons or entities. The following may be beneficiaries of aid: a) In the lines of digitalization and promotion of the artisan sector: natural or legal persons, groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, artisan associations and federations thereof, as well as communities of property, civil societies or any other type of economic unit or separate assets, even if they lack legal personality. b) In the line of investment in artisan workshops: the people or entities provided for in letter a), with the exception of artisan associations and federations thereof. Fifth. Eligible period. 1. The eligible period will cover from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. 2. Exceptionally and only in the case of expenses incurred for registration in fairs and other artisan marketing events of general interest that are contemplated in the line of promotion of the artisan sector, expenses and payments made three months prior to the start date of the execution period determined in the corresponding resolution will be admitted. of concession. In this case and when this is the case, the beginning of the eligible period established in section 1 may be retroactive to June 1, 2025, as long as the limit of three months indicated in the previous paragraph is not exceeded. Sixth. Financing. The subsidies that are called under this resolution will be financed with own funds, with a total amount of 600,0000 euros allocated, charged to the 2026 budget of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment. Seventh. Deadline and form of submission of applications. 1. Applications will be submitted to the General Directorate of Tourism, Commerce and Crafts and will be addressed to the holder of the same, electronically with an electronic signature, through the standardized form that appears as Annex I, included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es SIACI search code SKLS). 2. Applications will be submitted within one month from the day following the publication of this call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha.
