Resolution of 05/25/2026 of the Women's Institute, O.A. which approves a call for subsidies to union organizations for the exercise of the functions of negotiation, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of equality plans

Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of the subsidies: a) The most representative union organizations at the state level referred to in article 6 of Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, on Freedom of Association, which participate in the negotiation, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of equality plans, in accordance with the provisions of articles 45 et seq. of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, and development regulations, as well as such as foundations or other entities established by them to achieve any of these purposes. b) State-level union organizations that participate in the negotiation, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of equality plans, in accordance with the provisions of articles 45 et seq. of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, and development regulations, as well as the foundations or other entities established by them to achieve any of these purposes. For the purposes of the subsidies included in this paragraph b), union organizations that are legitimized for collective bargaining in a specific geographical and functional area referring to more than one autonomous community or City with Statute of Autonomy, as well as the most representative union organizations at the autonomous community level that are legitimized in state-level agreements, in accordance with the provisions of sections 2 and 4 of article 87 of the consolidated text of the Law of the Statute of the Workers, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23. Second: Object. Subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at union organizations aimed at financing the training, training, support and specialized advice necessary for the exercise of the functions of negotiation, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of equality plans at the state or supra-autonomous level in accordance with the provisions of article 45 et seq. of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men. Third: Regulatory bases. Order IGD/723/2022, of July 26, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting by the Women's Institute, O.A., of public subsidies to union organizations, aimed at financing the training, training, support and specialized advice necessary for the exercise of the functions of negotiation, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of equality plans at the state or supra-autonomous level. Fourth: Amount. 1. The activities carried out under this call will be financed from budget credit 30.101.232B.487 of the Expenditure Budget for the 2026 financial year of the Women's Institute, O.A. 2. The financing corresponding to this call amounts to 550,000 euros. The budget allocated for each of the types of beneficiary entities included in the third section of this call is: a) 325,000 euros for the entities referred to in the third section 1.a) b) 225,000 euros for the entities referred to in the third section 1.b) The amount of the minimum subsidy to be granted may not be less than 10,000 euros. Fifth: Deadline and place for submitting applications. The submission period will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the resolution of the call, in the “Official State Gazette”.
