Municipal Call for Subsidies for Private, Non-Profit Entities, for the Development of SOCIAL INCLUSION Programs, YEAR 2026

Official description of the call

FIRST. BENEFICIARIES: Recipients of these subsidies will be social initiative entities that meet the following requirements: a) That they are private non-profit entities that develop social inclusion programs aimed at the sectors related to the first and fourth bases of this call. b) Be legally constituted for a minimum of one year prior to the publication of the call in the BOP and have carried out social inclusion actions before accessing the call. c) Be registered and have updated documentation in the Municipal Registry of Associations on the end date of the application submission period. d) Be registered in the Registry of Social Service Entities and Centers of the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León on the date of end of the application submission period (applicants who are not service providers or centers of a social nature will not be required, for the purposes of this call, to be registered in said Registry). e) Be domiciled in the municipality of Burgos, having a registered office or permanent delegation there and this being their scope of action. The data provided will be transferred to the National Subsidies Database, and could also be provided to other public entities for the purposes of verifying their veracity and the correct application of the subsidized amount. SECOND. OBJECT. The object of this call is the regulation of subsidies intended to finance social inclusion and promotion of diversity and coexistence programs aimed at people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion developed by social initiative entities for each of the following sectors: a) Programs aimed at the care, protection and promotion of children. b) Programs aimed at the social insertion of ethnic minorities. c) Programs aimed at the individual and social promotion of older people. d) Programs aimed at the care of LGTBI+ people and their families. e) Intervention programs with specific groups in situations of great exclusion. f) Other programs of special social interest in which municipal collaboration is justified. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES. https://www.aytoburgos.es/-/ordenanza-general-de-subvenciones FOURTH. AMOUNT. The granting of subsidies will be charged to the corresponding item of the municipal budget for the year 2026, with a credit assigned to it in the amount of €50,000. FIFTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the announcement of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. SIXTH. OTHER DATA. Applicants for the subsidy included in this call will submit through the Electronic Headquarters of the City of Burgos (https://sede.aytoburgos.es) without prejudice to its presentation through the modalities established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, the following documentation: a) Instance addressed to the Hon. Burgos City Council within 30 calendar days from the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, in accordance with the model in Annex I, with indication of the email that must be used for the purpose of informing of the making available of the notifications in electronic form. b) Project report specifying the rationale, description of objectives, activities to be carried out, evaluation method and project execution deadlines. c) Financial report detailing, by items, the total cost of the program or programs subject to subsidy, as well as the forecast for its financing and the amount requested from this City Council; specifying the amount requested for each of the services, programs and projects that are the subject of the request. d) Documentation accrediting the registration of the applicant Entity in the Registry of Entities and Social Services Centers of the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, (except as established in base 3 d.-) e) Statutes of the Entity and photocopy of the Tax Identification Code of the Entity, if it is the first time that they apply for this call or have changed, or declaration responsible that the Statutes of the Entity and the C.I.F. have not undergone any modification regarding those already in municipal power f) D
