Extract Call for financial aid to promote innovative educational projects and/or good practices in educational centers in the municipality of Paterna, which are in line with the objectives of the Charter of Educating Cities and the Local Plan for Childhood and Adolescence of Paterna, fiscal year 2026. 1 - OBJECT. The object of this call is the provision of financial aid by the Paterna City Council for the promotion of innovative educational projects, for the year 2026, in educational centers in the municipality of Paterna that meet the conditions set forth in the Regulatory Bases of the procedure. Innovative educational projects or educational innovation projects, as well as good practices in education, that contribute to the achievement of the objectives set in base 1.4, and in accordance with different priority lines of action proposed in base 2.1 of the Regulatory Bases of the procedure, may be subject to subsidy. 2- REGULATORY BASES. The Regulatory Bases of the procedure for requesting and granting subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, of the Paterna City Council, for the promotion of innovative educational projects and/or good practices in educational centers of the municipality of Paterna, are those approved by the City Council in plenary session on January 25, 2024 and whose full text definitively approved is published in the BOP of Valencia no. 67 dated April 5, 2023. 3-APPLICABLE REGULATIONS. Article 25 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, RBRL, referring to the powers of local administrations. The Strategic Subsidy Plan 2024-2026 approved by Mayor's Decree no. 5256 dated December 29, 2023 with csv 5R2P4T1VSX29243M0075. The aid granted under this call, whose granting procedure is competitive, will have the character of financial aid and will be governed by the regulatory bases referred to in point 2, which have the character of an ordinance and were approved by the Plenary City Council in an Ordinary session on January 25, 2023, and were published in full in the BOP of Valencia no. 67 dated April 5, 2023. In everything not provided for in this provision, they will be governed by the Budget Execution Bases of the Paterna City Council, by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies. In any case, the procedures regulated in this call will comply with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. 4– RECIPIENTS OF SCHOOL AID. REQUIREMENTS: Subsidized public and private Teaching Centers, as well as privately owned ones authorized by the Educational Administration, may acquire the status of beneficiary; of the stages and cycles of Early Childhood Education of the first and second cycle, Primary, and Compulsory and Post-compulsory Secondary Education; as well as Adult School and Official Language School; Special education centers, including projects for specific classrooms in regular centers or UECO classrooms; who live in the municipality of Paterna; and that they meet the requirements detailed below, prior to the end of the application submission period; as well as: a. Request the granting of this subsidy within the deadline established in this call. b. That they are up to date with tax obligations with the Paterna City Council, Regional and State Treasury and be up to date with Social Security obligations. c. They do not incur any of the conditions established in articles 13.2 and 3 of the General Subsidies Law. 5- FORMALIZATION, DEADLINE AND PLACE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION TO BE PROVIDED WITH THE SAME: 1.
