2026 subsidies to promote cooperative integration in the agri-food sector of Extremadura, called by Decree 91/2026

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/inicio and in this DOE. First. Object. The additional provision of Decree 91/2026, of May 12, which approves the regulatory bases, aims to make the first call for subsidies to promote cooperative integration in the agri-food sector of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, financing the expenses derived from the integration processes provided for in the aforementioned decree. The eligible actions are described in chapters I, II, III, IV and V of the Decree of regulatory bases, and will consist of: - Line 1: Merger of cooperatives. - Line 2: Constitution of second-degree cooperatives or cooperative groups. - Line 3: Incorporation into second-degree cooperatives or cooperative groups or registered associative entities. - Line 4: Celebration of intercooperative agreements. - Line 5: Recognition as a Priority Agri-Food Entity. Second. Beneficiaries. Agri-food and community land exploitation cooperative societies, agrarian transformation societies and priority agri-food entities that meet the requirements established in article 5 of Decree 91/2026, of May 12, may be beneficiaries. Third. Regulatory Bases. The call is governed by Decree 91/2026, of May 12, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies to promote cooperative integration in the agri-food sector of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura Fourth. Amount. The total amount of the credit allocated to this call will be 500,000.00 euros and will be financed from the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2026, being attributed to the budget application 120100000 G/325A/47000 CAG0000001 and project code 20160363 “Promotion of integration cooperative”, the source of financing being the Autonomous Community's own funds, with the following breakdown by annuity: - 2026 annuity: €500,000.00 Likewise, the maximum individual amount of subsidies to be granted for each line of action will be the following: · Line 1. Merger of cooperatives: - Modality 1 (Merger): up to 75% of eligible expenses, with a maximum limit of 25,000.00 euros per beneficiary entity. - Modality 2 (Consolidation of the merger): up to 75% of eligible expenses, with a maximum limit of 125,000.00 euros per beneficiary entity. · Line 2. Constitution of second-degree cooperatives or cooperative groups: Up to 100% of eligible expenses, with a maximum limit of 100,000.00 euros per beneficiary entity. · Line 3. Incorporation into cooperatives, cooperative groups or associative entities of agri-food cooperatives: - For incorporation into cooperatives or cooperative groups: up to 100% of eligible expenses, with a maximum limit of 75,000.00 euros per beneficiary entity. - For incorporation into associative entities of agri-food cooperatives: up to 100% of eligible expenses, with a maximum limit of 10,000.00 euros per beneficiary entity. · Line 4. Conclusion of inter-cooperative agreements: Up to 75% of eligible expenses, with a maximum limit of 12,500.00 euros per agreement, and up to two subsidies may be granted per beneficiary entity and call, provided that the agreements are not signed between the same parties. · Line 5. Recognition as a Priority Agri-Food Entity of Extremadura: Up to 75% of eligible expenses, with a maximum limit of 10,000.00 euros per beneficiary entity. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, http://doe.juntaex.es. Sixth.
