EXTRACT FROM THE PUBLIC CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF REGULATORY BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF PUBLIC SUBSIDIES AIMED AT FINANCING THE CARRYING OUT OF ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE SAFETY AND HEALTH CONDITIONS IN THE WORK CENTERS OF MUNICIPALITIES LESS THAN 2,000 INHABITANTS IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMORA Decree of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Zamora No. 2026-3668 of June 12, 2026, which calls for subsidies to finance the implementation of activities to improve health and safety conditions in the workplaces of municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants in the province of Zamora. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio) and in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Zamora: ?https://www.diputaciondezamora.es? First. - Beneficiaries The status of beneficiaries will be natural persons, legal entities, agricultural cooperatives, agrarian transformation companies, communities of goods and civil societies, all of them constituted for profit, that are framed within CNAE 01 (agriculture, livestock, hunting activities and services related to the same) intended for the execution of activities to improve the safety and health of workers in work centers located in municipalities of less than 2,000 inhabitants of the province of Zamora. Second. - Object The object of this call is the regulation of the granting of aid, intended for the execution of activities to improve the safety and health of workers in work centers located in municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants in the province of Zamora. Third. - Eligible actions. Acquisition or adaptation of agricultural and livestock machinery, including automotive body removal vehicles, and their anti-roll systems and acoustic reverse signals. Conditioning of agricultural and livestock warehouses. Improvement of product storage places: agricultural, livestock, fuel, phytosanitary, among others. Improvement of access to facilities. Acquisition and installation of portable semi-automatic defibrillators (DESA), as well as training for their use. Room. - Amount Up to 85% of justified expenses. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. - The application document corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Zamora: https://www.diputaciondezamora.es
