Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.ª of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Tarragona: TARRAGONA PROVINCE'S OFFICE Area of Social and Cultural Promotion Culture The Governing Board of the Tarragona Provincial Council, in a session held on June 16, 2026, has approved the following call. First. Beneficiaries Regional councils of the Tarragona demarcation. Second. Purpose Contribute to the custody and conservation of its regional documentary heritage in the archives included in the Xarxa d’Arxius Comarcals. Third. Subsidized activities and execution period All actions related to the review, classification, cataloguing, inventory, description and/or archival treatment of diverse documentation kept in the archives of the Xarxa d'Arxius Comarcals are admitted. The deadline to execute the subsidized actions is from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, without the possibility of extension. Room. Regulatory bases General bases for subsidies of the Provincial Council of Tarragona published in the BOP of Tarragona on February 27, 2019. Fifth. Budget credit and maximum total amount Budget credits to which the subsidies are allocated: 2010-3322-46500 from the budget for the year 2026 – €50,000 This maximum amount can also be increased in accordance with the requests received and budget availability. Sixth. Individualized amount of the subsidy Maximum subsidy amount to request and grant per beneficiary 7,500 euros. If at the time of making the request it is detected that the requested subsidy amount is higher than the maximums established by the call, the amount requested is limited to the maximum amount to be subsidized provided for in the call, without it being necessary to request an amendment in this specific case. Seventh. Deadline for submission of applications The submission of applications begins the day after the publication of this call in the BOPT and ends one month from the date of publication. Eighth. Application submission form It is mandatory to submit the subsidy application and the rest of the documentation through the specific electronic procedure enabled at: https://seuelectronica.dipta.cat, electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Tarragona. This procedure contains all the required documentation for the evaluation of the subsidy application, which, as specified, consists of: subsidy application (mandatory) and provision of complementary documentation (optional). Only one application is accepted per regional council, which may contain the concepts of several activities. Both the income and expenses stated in the application must correspond to the actions for which a subsidy is requested. The applicant county council must meet each of the requirements set out in the first section of the call: object, purpose of granting the subsidy and beneficiaries; These requirements are essential to be able to participate. Failure to comply with any of the requirements is a reason for not admitting the application for processing, in accordance with the appropriate resolution. If, once the deadline for submitting applications has expired, the regional council informs the managing unit that it has submitted the application incorrectly or that it has chosen the wrong call, or this error is noted ex officio, in no case will the application be transferred to another call and, in the appropriate resolution, it may not be accepted for processing. In any case, at any time during the procedure the Provincial Council of Tarragona may require the entity to provide the necessary supporting documentation.
