Resolution of June 25, 2026 of the Secretary of State for Social Economy, approving the call for the granting of subsidies to social economy and CSR projects and for operating expenses

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. 1. The entities listed in article 4 of Order TES/567/2026, of May 27, which approves the regulatory bases of this call, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies referred to in this Resolution: of fishermen and other entities that are part of the social economy. 2. Representative entities of the social economy at the state level. 3rd Associations and foundations. 4. Public universities. b) From subsidy line 2: 1. Associative entities of cooperatives, labor societies, insertion companies, special employment centers of social initiative, mutual societies, fishermen's guilds and other entities that are part of the social economy. 2. Local entities that belong to the Retos Network. c) From line of subsidies 3: 1. Associative entities of an intersectoral nature and at the state level of cooperatives, labor societies, insertion companies, special employment centers of social initiative, mutual societies, fishermen's guilds and other entities that are part of the social economy. 2. Sectoral and state-level associative entities of cooperatives, labor societies, insertion companies, special employment centers of social initiative, mutual societies, fishermen's guilds and other representative entities of the social economy. 3. Representative entities of the social economy at the state level. 2. Beneficiary entities must meet the following requirements: a) Have at least one full-time employee hired as an employee. b) Have legal personality and be legally constituted, in addition to being registered in the corresponding public registry, when this requirement is required in accordance with the applicable regulations. c) Not be subject to any of the prohibitions regulated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose. Financing of expenses derived from carrying out social economy and corporate social responsibility projects, as well as partial financing of the operating expenses of associative and representative entities of the social economy at the state level, to facilitate the fulfillment of the purposes of these entities. Third. Granting procedure. The granting of subsidies will be carried out on a competitive basis, in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, contained in article 8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Room. Regulatory bases. Order TES/567/2026, of May 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for activities to promote the social economy and the social responsibility of companies and to defray the operating expenses of the representative entities of the social economy at the state level, published in "BOE" no. 138, June 6, 2026, pages 77922 to 77946 (25 pages). Fifth. Amount. 1. The individualized amounts of the subsidy to be received will be as indicated below: a) In line 1: 1. For the activities indicated in article 6.2.a) sections 1 and 2 of the Base Order, the maximum amount of the subsidy to be granted will be 165,000 euros. 2. For the activities indicated in article 6.2.a) sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Base Order, the maximum amount of the subsidy to be granted will be 55,000 euros. b) In line 2: 1. For the activities indicated in article 6.2.b) section 1 of the Base Order, the maximum amount of the subsidy to be granted will be 165,000 euros. 2.
