Resolution of 06/30/2026, of the General Directorate of Employment, which calls for subsidies to non-profit entities, for the hiring of unemployed people and people in situations of social exclusion, for the year 2026.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary entities. Beneficiary entities of the subsidies provided for in this call may be associations, foundations and other non-profit entities, whose territorial scope of action is the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha. Second. Object and purpose. 1. The purpose of this resolution is to approve and carry out the call for subsidies for the temporary hiring, within the framework of employment activation programs, of long-term unemployed people, people with disabilities, people in situations of social exclusion and women victims of gender violence. 2. The purpose of these subsidies is to create opportunities for insertion into the labor market, through the temporary hiring of unemployed people, for the execution of projects of general and social interest; as well as updating or renewing their professional skills and preventing situations of social exclusion, through the possibility of carrying out job guidance and/or vocational training for employment actions with them. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 240/2022, of December 9, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities, for the hiring of unemployed people and people in a situation of social exclusion, modified by Order 34/2025, of March 11, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 51, of March 14, 2025. Fourth. Financing and amount of subsidies. 1. The subsidies called by this resolution will be granted from finalist funds from the expenditure budget of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, from the Sectoral Conference on Employment and Labor Affairs and will be allocated to budget item 1908/G/322B/48641 Fund 0000001150, with an amount of 3,100,000 euros allocated to this call. 2. Beneficiary entities may receive a subsidy of 9,990 euros for each contract linked to activation programs for formalized employment with a duration of at least 180 calendar days, with no more than six contracts per entity being subsidized. The previous limitation will not operate if there is sufficient budgetary credit to meet all the applications presented in this call. However, in the event that there is only enough credit to meet any of the requests that include more than six contracts, they will be dealt with in the order of priority established based on the evaluation criteria provided for in article 17 of the order. 3. The amount of the subsidy granted by employment contract will be used to cover labor costs and may not be higher, in any case, than the amount paid by the beneficiary entity for said concept. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. 1. The deadline for submitting applications for the 2026 financial year will be extended from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha until September 7, 2026. Applications will be submitted in the form shown in Annex I, which will be accompanied by Annex II duly completed. 2. Applications will be addressed to the head of the General Directorate of Employment and will be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es). When submitted in this way, the documents to be provided will be digitized and presented along with the application as files attached to it.
