Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. To apply for these academic-sports scholarships, natural persons who can obtain the status of beneficiary by not meeting any of the circumstances that prevent it, which are detailed in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and who meet the following requirements: o Be under 30 years of age. o Be residents and registered in Alborache. o Be in possession of a valid federation license for the corresponding sports modality. o Have obtained three podiums during the 2024-2025 season in official competitions. Only one scholarship will be granted per applicant in the event that they practice more than one sport. Second. - Purpose. The subsidies regulated in this call will have the objective of collaborating financially with federated and registered athletes in the municipality of Alborache to reinforce their training programs ycompetición.Third.- Regulatory bases. https://cloud.aytoalborache.es/index.php/s/epKngwL3tTAFt1F Fourth.- Amount. The amount of aid will be a maximum of 200 euros per student and will be made effective from budget application 341.48005. However, if the number of applications entitled to aid exceeds the maximum amount set in the annual call, the proration will be carried out among all beneficiaries. Fifth.- Submission period. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days counting from the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. If the application does not meet the requirements established in the call rule, the interested party will be required to correct it. This requirement will be made through individualized notification, so that the interested parties can correct the lack of documentation with an indication that, if they do not do so, they will be considered to have withdrawn their request.
