RESOLUTION OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION O.A. WHICH IS CALLING FOR AN INAP-FULBRIGHT SCHOLARSHIP FOR TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR THE 2027-2028 ACADEMIC YEAR.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: They must be career civil servants of the Corps or Scale of subgroup A1 of the General Administration of the State or of the Scale of Local Administration civil servants with national qualifications, in an administrative situation of active service and assigned to the General Administration of the State (AGE), with a minimum of two years of provision of services as career civil servants occupying a position or position of subgroup A1 in the General Administration of the State on the date of the end of the application submission period, and have an excellent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written. Second. Purpose: Contribute to the academic training and technical-professional improvement of civil servants at the service of the General Administration of the State, with the purpose of training specialists in the area of ​​Public Administration and strengthening ties between Spain and the United States of America. Third. Regulatory bases: Order TFP/483/2021, of May 13, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of an INAP-Fulbright scholarship for professional training and development in the United States of America. Room. Amount: The total amount of the scholarship will not exceed 92,980 euros and will include a monthly allowance to the scholarship recipient; round trip travel assistance; amount of tuition, fees and mandatory university health insurance; insurance, illness and accident policy; allowance for first installation expenses and purchase of books; and complementary allowance for the subscription of medical insurance in the event that the scholarship recipient is accompanied by his or her spouse or person with whom he or she is related by first degree of blood or affinity. Likewise, the indirect costs of the Fulbright Commission for managing the scholarship are included. Fifth. Duration: The duration of the scholarship will be one academic year and will begin in 2027. In no case will it exceed twelve months and its end date will be December 31, 2028. Sixth. Submission of applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of this extract in the "Official State Gazette" until September 30, 2026 inclusive. Applicants must complete and electronically send the application available on the website https://fulbright.es, along with the corresponding documentation, as specified in the call.
