Extract from the call: Agreement of July 6, 2026, of the Island Government Council, which approves the call for Subsidies to Town Councils for the year 2026, aimed at the Execution of Social Facilities in Gran Canaria. Beneficiaries: Gran Canaria City Councils that meet all the requirements indicated in the second provision of the call. Purpose: Subsidize the execution of restoration works, adaptation and putting into use of buildings owned by the municipality or transferred into use, as well as the execution of works that involve improvements in the municipal architectural heritage, with special relevance to the removal of architectural barriers and energy efficiency, as well as the execution of new construction and the comprehensive or partial rehabilitation of municipal equipment to adapt them in accordance with current regulations. The fees for construction management, material execution management and health and safety coordination for the execution of said works will also be eligible for subsidies, where applicable. Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria. Amount: Nine hundred thousand euros (€900,000.00). Deadline for submitting applications: Fifteen (15) business days, counted from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas.
