CALL FOR GRANTING GRANTS FOR ADAPTED SPORTS IN THE PROVINCE OF TERUEL

Official description of the call

EXTRACT from Decree no. 2026-2669, dated July 17, 2026, of the Presidency, which approves the "Call for subsidies for Adapted Sports in the province of Teruel 2026". First.- Purpose.- The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies aimed at promoting the sporting activity of non-profit clubs and associations in the province of Teruel that organize and participate in adapted sports competitions, recognized by the corresponding federation, during the period between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026. Specifically, the activities eligible for subsidies under this call will be: Organization of sports competitions aimed exclusively at athletes with disabilities. Participation in exclusive sports competitions for athletes with disabilities. Second.- Requirements of the beneficiaries.- Non-profit clubs and associations with headquarters in the province of Teruel that are registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of Aragon, and that participate in sports activities or organize adapted sports sports activities, may benefit from this call. Third.- Submission of applications, documentation and deadline.- Applications will be submitted exclusively through the Electronic Headquarters of the Provincial Council of Teruel. Applications must be signed electronically, in accordance with the provisions of articles 10 and 11 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, by whoever represents the entity, thus expressing their agreement with the conditions of this Call. The application will contain the following documentation: A) Request from the President of the Entity, addressed to the Hon. Mr. President of the Provincial Council of Teruel, adjusted to the model published in this call. If the beneficiary is a legal entity under private law, which may not be for profit, it must attach: Statutes, founding deed, CIF, document proving registration in the corresponding Registry, IBAN, and powers of representation or similar document of the person requesting it on behalf of the entity. If they are already in the possession of the Provincial Council of Teruel, they may indicate it in the application, being exempt from presentation. B) Detailed report, signed by the person holding the legal representation, indicating the activities to be carried out, describing the objectives and fulfillment of the purpose intended with the subsidy, in accordance with the planned budget. In the case of Associations or Entities, it must be approved by their Board. C) Total budget of the project, differentiating the amount of the subsidy requested from the Provincial Council of Teruel, the amount obtained through other subsidies and the financing of the requesting entity itself, if applicable. D) Responsible declaration that the entity and its legal representation are not subject to incapacity to be beneficiaries of subsidies, in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. E) Accreditation of the extremes subject to scoring of the call. F) Accreditation of registration in the Registry of sports entities of Aragon. G) Declaration of the subsidies obtained for the same purpose and commitment to communicate to the Provincial Council of Teruel those obtained in the future. H) Proof of being up to date with tax obligations, Social Security and obligations with the Provincial Treasury derived from any public law income. The submission of the subsidy application will entail the authorization of the applicant so that the granting body can directly obtain accreditation of compliance with tax and social security obligations. I) By virtue of the provisions of Art. 9 of Legislative Decree 2/2023 of May 3 of the Government of Aragon, which approves the consolidated text of the Aragon Subsidies Law, all beneficiaries will be obliged to: a) Communicate to the granting body any circumstance that causes a modification in the terms of the subsidized action, within a period of one month from when the modification occurred. b) Accredit effective compliance with the requirements
