Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First. - Object, purpose and concession regime. 1.- Call, on a competitive basis, the granting of public subsidies aimed at financing transversal training programs for employed workers, in the area of Castilla y León for the years 2023 and 2024. 2.- The granting of subsidies regulated by this call will be carried out in accordance with the principles of competition, publicity and objectivity. 3.- The following will be eligible for subsidies: a) Training programs composed of training actions aimed at anticipating the qualification needs of the production system as well as covering the current needs established as priorities in Annexes X.a and X.b, as well as in Annex XX. b) Training programs aimed at workers residing in each of the provinces of Castilla y León, made up of training actions aimed at the development of the most innovative sectors and/or with the best employment prospects established as priorities in Annexes XI.1-9.a and XI.1-9.b, as well as in Annex XX. The training actions may be taught in person and/or online training, taking into account the delivery modality approved for each training specialty in Annexes The maximum number of training programs subject to subsidy under this call will be 56. Second.- Beneficiaries. 1.- Training entities or groups formed by them, which are registered in the corresponding Registry of Training Entities, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, to teach in person or teletraining those specialties of the Catalog of Training Specialties provided for in article 20.3 of Law 30/2015, of September 9, for those who request a subsidy, in accordance with the provisions of article 15 of the aforementioned law and for those which this call provides for adequate and sufficient credit. 2.- Training entities may only participate in the financing of a single training program of those called for in section 1.4 of this resolution. Training entities may either attend individually or participate in a single group, both options being incompatible. Third.- Regulatory bases. ORDER IEM/1071/2022, of August 20, which establishes the regulatory bases for public subsidies intended for the financing of transversal training programs for workers employed in the Community of Castilla y León. (BOCyL no. 166, August 29, 2022). Room. -Amount. The credits intended to finance the subsidies established in the call are the following: Fiscal year 2023: €8,280,000.00 Fiscal year 2024: €2,070,000.00 Fifth.- Applications Applications will be submitted electronically within 10 days. The calculation of the deadline will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León and will end at 1:00 p.m. on the last day of the deadline. The subsidy application will be completed in the standardized model, which is included in Annex I of this resolution, available on the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es).
