First. - Purpose, eligible actions and financing of subsidies. The subsidies that are being called are intended to finance integrated orientation, training and insertion itineraries, which contribute to improving the professional qualifications and the ability to find employment of the following groups of workers: a) Unemployed workers registered as job seekers, or for pre-employment services, in the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León. b) Young people registered in the National Youth Guarantee System File. c) Discontinuous agricultural or permanent workers during periods of non-employment. d) Working people affected by an ERTE. e) Workers affected by the activation of a RED Mechanism. Integrated itinerary projects that are developed in the territorial area of ​​Castilla y León and meet the characteristics indicated in base 13 of Order IEM/617/2026, of July 2, and in section eight of the call resolution will be eligible for subsidies. The financing of the aid that is called will be carried out from the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León for an amount of 7,000,000 euros. The subsidies called for in this Program will be co-financed by the European Union, within its Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) 2021-2027, through aid from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), charged to the ESF+ Program of Castilla y León 2021-2027 approved by the Implementing Decision of the European Commission (CCI2021ES05SFPR013) of December 2, 2022. Second. - Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases aimed at the subsidies of the Orientation, Training and Insertion Program (OFI) are established by Order IEM/617/2026, of July 2, published in BOCYL No. 129 of July 7, 2026. Third. - Beneficiary entities. Natural or legal persons, public or private, for-profit or non-profit, as well as communities of property may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, in accordance with the distribution of budgetary credits provided for in the first section of the call resolution; who, on the date of submission of their application, meet the requirements established in base 3 of Order IEM/617/2026, of July 2, and in the third section of the call resolution. Room. - Amount. The maximum amount of the subsidy to be granted, with the limit of the amount requested and up to an amount less than 1 million euros per entity, will be the result of the sum of the economic cost of all the integrated itinerary projects included in the entity's application. The calculation of the economic cost of each project will be subject to the following economic modules and maximum eligible limits: For professional guidance actions and for job placement actions, it is established: A specific economic module of 18.20 euros per hour of service provision and professionally oriented or job inserted participant. For training actions, the following is established: A maximum limit of 1,600 eligible training hours in each project. A specific economic module of 8.58 euros per hour of training given in the facilities of a training center or entity or through a virtual classroom and student. A specific economic module of 3 euros per hour of training in company and student. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. Subsidy applications, as well as the annexes that accompany them, will be submitted in a standardized form electronically, through the electronic registry of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es), within a period of 10 business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León”. Sixth. - Execution period of the eligible activity. Integrated itinerary projects may be developed from the day following the date of notification of the concession resolution and until June 30, 2027.
