First.- Purpose The purpose of this order is to call, by 2026, aid for the promotion of native Spanish breeds. Second.- Beneficiaries Organizations or associations of livestock farmers recognized by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Environment and Environmental Policy of the Government of Castilla y León that meet the requirements specified in the fourth point of this call order. Third.- Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases for the granting of this aid are governed by the provisions of Royal Decree 1625/2011, of November 14 ("B.O.E." No. 295, of December 8, 2011), in accordance with the Third Final Provision of Royal Decree 1133/2025, of December 10, which establishes the bases regulating subsidies intended for the promotion of Spanish native breeds, which indicates in relation to its entry into force that it will take effect from the first call published for the year 2027. Fourth.- Amount The aid will be granted from the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León for the year 2027, for a maximum total amount of two hundred and fifty thousand euros (€250,000). However, if budget availability allows, the initial endowment may be increased by an additional amount of up to one hundred and twenty thousand euros (€120,000.00) without the need for a new call. Fifth.- Deadline for submission The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León. Sixth.- Delegation of competence. The authority to resolve the aid requests regulated therein is delegated to the head of the General Directorate of Agricultural and Livestock Production.
