Official sources
We explain where the data comes from, how we update it and what to check before requesting help.
Main source: BDNS
The main source of Civika is National Subsidies Database (BDNS), managed by the General Intervention of the State Administration (IGAE), of the Ministry of Finance.
The BDNS brings together state, regional and local calls. Each Civika file links to its official record so you can check the information and locate the processing channel.
Data we present
- Title and BDNS code.
- Convening body and managing body.
- Administration and territorial scope.
- Types of beneficiary and economic sector.
- Publication date and start and end of requests.
- Total budget and aid instrument, when present.
- Regulatory bases, official journal and electronic headquarters.
- European funding, MRR and other fields published at source.
Update
We synchronize the calls daily. There may be a gap between a change in the source and its reflection in Civika, especially if the agency changes a publication or an external venue.
clear language
We shorten administrative titles and group fields for easier reading. We do not add requirements that do not appear in the official data. The summaries are indicative and should always be contrasted with the bases.
Languages
Some content is displayed through automatic translation or available co-official names. Translations may contain errors and do not replace the official text in Spanish or that published by the competent body.
What we don't do
- We do not decide who can receive help.
- We do not calculate individual amounts or award probabilities.
- We do not process applications or collect documentation.
- We are not a substitute for professional advice or official administrative information.
Other sources to check
- Official State Gazette.
- General Intervention of the State Administration.
- Official regional and provincial bulletins.
- Electronic headquarters of the convening organizations.
If you detect a difference, the information from the convening organization always prevails. You can report presentation errors to us at contacto@civika.info.
