Privacy Policy
Here we explain what data may be processed when using Civika, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Next-webs.com (Spanish tax ID / DNI 36530198B), based in Barcelona, Spain. For any questions about privacy or to exercise rights you can write to contacto@civika.info.
2. Data that can be processed
- Technical and safety data: IP address, date and time, requested resource, response code, browser and operating system, temporarily recorded by the server.
- Search queries: the terms entered to locate calls. They should not include names, identification documents or other personal information.
- Privacy Preferences: The choice about measurement and advertising is retained in the browser's local storage.
- Measurement data: If you give your consent, Google Analytics may collect online identifiers and usage information.
- Advertising data: If advertising is enabled and you consent through a certified platform, Google and its partners may use cookies, identifiers, IP addresses and similar technologies to serve and measure ads.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide the search engine, keep it available and respond to technical requests: execution of the requested service.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents and protect infrastructure: legitimate interest in site security.
- Measure usage with Google Analytics: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Display and measure advertising with Google AdSense: consent, in addition to the options offered by the certified consent management platform.
4. Google Analytics
The Google Analytics tag is not loaded until you accept the measurement. We use Google consent mode and request IP anonymization. Google may act as a data processing provider depending on the applicable settings.
You can reject the measurement when you log in or change your choice from “Set up privacy” at the bottom of the home page.
5. Google AdSense and advertising
Civika is preparing the incorporation of Google AdSense. When enabled, third party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other sites. The use of advertising cookies allows Google and its partners to display and measure advertisements.
You can manage customization in My Google Ads Center. For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising will be managed using a Google-certified consent platform compatible with IAB Europe's TCF framework.
See also How Google uses data when you use its partners' sites.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Technical data may be processed by hosting and maintenance providers strictly to provide and protect the service. If you agree to measurement or advertising, Google Ireland Limited and other Google entities or advertising partners may intervene in accordance with their functions and policies.
Where there is a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it must be supported by a recognized mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
7. Conservation
Technical records are kept for the period necessary for security and diagnosis and are rotated periodically. The privacy preference is requested again, at most, every 180 days. Google deadlines depend on the service and account settings; You can check their policies linked on this page.
8. Rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition or portability when applicable, and withdraw consent without retroactive effect. Write to us at contacto@civika.info indicating your request.
You can also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
9. Minors
The service is not specifically aimed at minors nor does it request data to create accounts. Do not enter personal information in the search engine.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when applicable services, providers or requirements change. The review date is displayed at the beginning.
