Bases for the call for aid through incentives for the temporary hiring of the student workers of the dual employment workshop “PROXEDIS Cambre” (PROfesionais en XEriatría e DIScapacidade) 2022/2023 of the Cambre city council

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries The following entities may be beneficiaries of the hiring incentives: Employers and companies, whatever the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons (self-employed workers), civil societies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality, non-profit entities (associations, foundations), congregations and religious entities and other organizations in which the requirements established in these bases meet. That they hire employees to provide services in work centers located in the territorial scope of the dual employment workshops related to occupations or jobs linked to the training provided in them: Social and health care for dependent people (caregivers, gerocultores, home help assistants or similar), in the corresponding professional category. For the hiring of students/workers of the specialty "social and health care for dependent people in social institutions", the Beneficiary entities must be owners, contractors of management or similar, of social initiative or private initiative centers (residences, day centers, home help services, etc.) that provide socio-health care services in the fields of geriatrics (seniors) and/or disability to people on a partial, temporary or permanent permanence regime. Second.- Objective To facilitate the employability and employability of unemployed people participating or who have participated in the dual employment workshop “PROXEDIS Cambre (PROfesionais en XEriatría e DIScapacidade) 2022/2023 of the Cambre City Council, financed through the 2022 call for aid and subsidies for dual employment workshops of the Department of Employment and Equality of the Xunta de Galicia. Third.- Regulatory bases The publication of the bases was made in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña number 133, dated July 13, 2023. Fourth.- Amount The total amount of the call is €30,000.00. Temporary hiring will be incentivized with a fixed subsidy of €1,500.00 for each registered worker. in Social Security with a minimum contract of 3 months full-time, with a maximum number of five temporary contracts to be incentivized by each participating entity, until the funds are exhausted. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP and will end on July 24, 2023. Sixth.- Form for submitting applications Applications for aid will be submitted in the electronic office. (https://sede.cambre.es/opencms/gl/) of the Cambre City Council. All administrative procedures that interested entities must carry out during the processing of the procedures provided for in these bases must be carried out electronically. Seventh.- Formalization of hiring Temporary hiring that benefits from this call will generally have to be formalized between September 30 and October 14, 2023.
