Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries Legally constituted entities, organizations and associations that, being duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the City Council, do not owe any amount to the city council for any reason, carry out their activities within the territorial scope of the Moeche City Council and are not subject to any of the prohibition cases provided for in art. 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, general on subsidies. Second.- Purpose To regulate the granting, through competitive competition, of aid to non-profit entities, registered in the Moeche town hall, for the development of activities, works or services that, according to their statutes, are their own, have a general interest and benefit the community during the year 2023. Third.- Regulatory Bases These are those approved by agreement of the Governing Board in a session of July 26, 2023 and published in the BOP of A Coruña nº 150 of August 8, 2023. Fourth.- Amount The total amount of the aid amounts to €4,000.00, in no case can the sum of the aid granted exceed that amount. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days, which will begin counting from the following day after the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP of A Coruña through the National Subsidies Database. Sixth.- Other information The documents indicated in base 4 of the regulations of the call must accompany the application.
