ANNOUNCEMENT Extract from the call for the granting of aid to family members registered in L'Estartit with a situation of economic vulnerability and with children who carry out the extracurricular activity of the leisure space during the 2023-2024 academic year. Description of the call: Resolution of the Local Government Board, of July 27, 2023, to grant aid to families registered in the Estatit with a situation of economic vulnerability and with children who carry out the extracurricular activity of the leisure space (La Llongada). Beneficiaries: Persons registered in the municipality of l'Estartit, with children who attend primary school at CEIP Portitxol, and who are enrolled in the extracurricular activity of the leisure space (La Llongada) who meet the scales and conditions established in the corresponding call and the regulatory bases, have the right to apply for the subsidy. It will not be applicable in the following cases: - When you are not up to date with the fulfillment of the tax obligations before the State and the Generalitat of Catalonia imposed by the current provisions. - When you are not up to date with the fulfillment of the obligations before the Social Security imposed by the current provisions. - When you are not up to date with the fulfillment of the tax and financial obligations with the City Council of Torroella de Montgrí. - When you have been sanctioned by a final resolution with the loss of the possibility of obtaining subsidies according to the General Subsidy Law (38/2003, of November 17), or the General Tax Law.- To persons who have been sentenced by a final judgment to the penalty of losing the possibility of obtaining subsidies or public aid. Amount and term of application of the subsidy: The subsidy will consist of the granting of financial aid for the activity fee. The amount of each aid is: - 100% of the activity fee per child - 75% of the activity fee per child - 50% of the activity fee per child The amount will be determined based on the income of the family unit in relation to the IRSC of the seventh clause and also on the social circumstances of each unit Once exhausted, despite having the right, the beneficiaries will not be able to access the aid. In the event that the demand for aid exceeds the budget item, these will be granted in ascending order of the income of the family unit. The subsidies referred to in this call will be granted from the corresponding item of the municipal budget in the year 2023 and until the endowment, estimated at €3,000, is exhausted. Once exhausted, despite having the right, the beneficiaries will not be able to access the subsidy. If the demand for aid exceeds the budget item, these will be granted in ascending order of the family unit's income. Submission of applications: The deadline for the submission of applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call to the BOP. Applications will have to be addressed to the Town Hall of Torroella de Montgrí and/or to the EMD of l'Estartit, with the generic application model that can be obtained from the Entry Registry of the Town Hall and/or EMD. From the end of the calendar month period, situations arising for the following reasons will be attended to: - New registration. - Sudden situation that requires the attention of municipal social services.- Family units whose economic situation has been seriously affected by major and duly justified causes. Documentation: Applications will be made according to the application model by the City Council, attaching the following documentation: - Generic instance of the subsidy - DNI's of the signatory of the application and, if acting on behalf of another, documentation accrediting their representation. - Documentation accrediting affiliation: Family book, birth certificate, guardianship and custody order, etc. - Documentation accrediting registration for extracurricular activity. - Proof of financial income of all members of the family unit.
