VEH 2026-Call for subsidies for the acquisition of vehicles for social purposes or for humanitarian aid in war conflict zones for any period 2026

Official description of the call

Extract from the decree of July 24, 2026, of the Presidency of the Autonomous Public Health Body of the Provincial Council of Girona, hereinafter Dipsalut, by which the call for subsidies for the acquisition of vehicles intended for social purposes or for humanitarian aid in areas of war conflicts is approved for the year 2026 BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b i 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text can be consulted in the national subsidies database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First. Beneficiaries The following may be beneficiaries of the subsidies of this call: a) For type 1 vehicles: private non-profit entities or foundations that are registered in the Registry of Social Service Entities and Establishments (hereinafter RESES) or that have submitted the application for registration in this Registry before the end date of the application submission period of the corresponding ordinary call. Dipsalut will check whether the applicant entities comply with this registration requirement. If the requesting entity does not have registration in this Registry, it must prove that it coordinates with the social services of the corresponding basic area. b) For type 2 vehicles: non-governmental development aid organizations (NGDO) or private foundations. Second. Purpose The purpose of the call is to regulate the procedure and requirements for the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting the acquisition of vehicles by private, non-profit legal entities that carry out actions with social purposes or that have as their objective humanitarian aid in areas of war conflicts. 1. Eligible vehicles can be of two types: a) Type 1: vehicles intended for: ? Adapted transportation, aimed at people who have to access special work centers or other services in the social services portfolio. ? Food delivery and distribution. ? Transportation of passengers linked to social service establishments. b) Type 2: vehicles intended for humanitarian actions to care for the civilian population in war conflict zones. For type 1 vehicles, only one application may be submitted per petitioner. For type 2 vehicles, up to two applications may be submitted per petitioner. You can only choose to apply for the subsidy for one of the vehicle types: type 1 or type 2. The procedure for granting subsidies is non-competitive competition. The eligible period is from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Third. Regulatory bases Published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona, number 132, of July 13, 2026. Fourth. Amount The maximum total amount allocated to this call is one hundred and twenty thousand euros (€120,000.00). Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for the first procedure will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona and will end on September 8, 2026. Sixth. Other information Applications must be submitted within the deadline established in the call, and be signed by the legal representative of the beneficiary entity. The request must be made using the standardized form available at the Dipsalut electronic headquarters (www.dipsalut.cat). The application form contains a set of basic questions about the project that will need to be answered. Additionally, additional information about the project can be added by attaching a file in PDF format at the end of the application. File containers or files will not be accepted, whether in PDF format (PDF with attachments) or in Zip or RAR compression formats. Along with the application, the following documentation must be attached: a) A report describing the activity. b) For type 1 vehicles: the RESES registration number must be indicated on the form. If the applicant does not have registration in this Registry, they will have to provide a document proving that they coordinate with the social services of the corresponding basic area. c) The responsible declaration according to the statutes is presented
