PUBLIC CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF FINANCIAL AID FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN WHO ATTEND THE CAMPLLONG SCHOOL DINING ROOM 1. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are those approved by agreement of the Municipal Plenary Session of the Campllong City Council in session on December 19, 2024 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 19 of 01/29/2025. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be governed by the non-competitive competition regime until the credit of the budget item is exhausted. 2. Budget credit The budget application against which the subsidies are allocated is 3211.48021 Campllong school canteen aid from the 2026 municipal budget. 3. Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidy The object of the subsidy is to help families in the municipality with children who use the Campllong school canteen and who meet the requirements detailed in the bases. 4. Requirements to apply for subsidies a) Be registered in the municipality of Campllong (at least the child who attends the Campllong school and one of the parents/guardians) and prove their effective residence. b) Submit the application within the deadline established in the call using the official model included in Annex 1 of the rules, available on the City Council's website. c) Not have any tax debt or any other debt with the Campllong City Council, making a responsible declaration as stated in the form. The City Council will consult the data in its respective services. d) Not be found in any of the situations that prevent being considered a beneficiary in accordance with what is established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies. The amount of the subsidies appears in the regulatory bases of the subsidies. 5. Competent body for investigation and resolution The body for investigation and evaluation of the file for the granting of the subsidies provided for in these bases will be the Department of Education, or, where appropriate, another councilor who performs the functions accidentally, and an administrative assistant worker of the City Council. The competent body for the resolution of subsidies will be the Mayor's Office. 6. Deadline for submitting applications and documentation Interested persons can submit the corresponding request to the City Council between July 20 and August 3, 2026, with the documents that establish the regulatory bases. 7. Eligible period The families' school cafeteria expenses corresponding to the months of April, May and June 2026 8. Resolution and notification period The resolution and notification period for each application will be a maximum of one month from the end of the application submission period. 9. End of the administrative route The act of resolution of the subsidy exhausts the administrative route. Against this resolution, an optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed before the Mayor's Office of this City Council, within a period of one month from the day following receipt of the notification, or directly a contentious-administrative appeal before the Administrative Litigation Court of Girona, within a period of two months, counting from the day following receipt and the Law regulating the contentious-administrative jurisdiction. 10. Means of notification or publication Notifications will be carried out in the place and by the means that the applicant states for this purpose in their application, taking into account what is established in article 40 et seq. of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. Publicity of the call will be carried out through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS).
