Call for the granting of the subsidy for festive activities of neighborhood associations of decentralized centers of Santa Cristina d'Aro (Non-EUC's)

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Associations of residents of decentralized non-profit centers (Non-EUC's) with headquarters in Santa Cristina d'Aro and/or individuals acting on behalf of said entities and who meet the conditions established in this call: Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities Be up to date with the data and documentation required in article 236 of Royal Decree 2568/1986 of 28 of November, which approves the Regulations for the organization, operation and legal regime of local entities. Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations, and not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies provided for in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of L 38/2003. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the award of aid for carrying out festive activities of Neighborhood Associations of decentralized centers of Santa Cristina d'Aro (Non-EUC's) held during the summer period 2023 (From July 1 to September 30, 2023). The subsidy will consist of the granting of aid for a total amount of €3,000.00 to be distributed among the awarding entities. The procedure for granting the subsidy regulated in this call will be competitive. Third. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the specific regulatory bases approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council on July 26, 2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 152 dated August 7, 2023, and on the City Council's notice board. Room. Amount The subsidy will have a maximum amount of 3,000.00 euros. The subsidy referred to in this call will be granted under budget application 63 33800 48000 corresponding to the municipal budget for the year 2023. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP. Applications will be submitted, using the standardized model available on the City Council's website, in the City Hall's entry register or by any of the means indicated in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of the common administrative procedure, together with the documentation requested in the call. The submission of applications implies full acceptance of these bases. Likewise, the presentation of the application must be accompanied by an express declaration from the requesting entity that it is up to date with tax obligations, as well as authorization to the City Council to obtain/verify the same certificates directly from the Tax Administration prior to payment of the subsidy. The presentation of applications will be carried out primarily electronically, however, those people who do not have the necessary means for electronic processing may contact the OAC of the City Council to request an appointment, for when the city council registry opens.
