GRANT FOR MINING SHOULDERS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES COMPETITION 2023

Official description of the call

Extract from the Resolution of September 18, 2023, of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, Industry and Economic Development, which authorizes spending for the call for "subsidies for competitions for mining shoring workers and other activities" for 2023, and the same is called. First.- Beneficiaries: Associations, sports clubs, sector unions and other legally constituted non-profit entities may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second.- Purpose: Granting of subsidies aimed at financially supporting the organization of shoring contests and other activities that have the purpose of recovering, promoting and maintaining the traditional professions and techniques of the mining sector in the Principality of Asturias, among others mining shoring and tamping, that have been developed in the period between December 3, 2022 and August 31, 2023, both included. Third. - Regulatory bases: Resolution of October 18, 2016, of the Ministry of Employment, Industry and Tourism, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the holding of mining shoring contests and other activities (BOPA of November 2, 2016), modified by Resolution of April 12, 2018 (BOPA of April 21, 2018). Fourth.- Amount: Called credit: EIGHT thousand Euros (€8,000.00). Budget item: 13.03.741G.486.006. The maximum amount of the subsidy to be awarded per application may not exceed €3,000. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of this Resolution in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Sixth.- Other data: The presentation can be made through the service file available on the electronic headquarters www.asturias.es by entering the code AYUD0441T01 in the header search engine located at the top right, or in the electronic Registry of any of the subjects referred to in article 2.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. For the submission of applications, any of the signature mechanisms admitted by the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias may be used and which can be verified in the section on electronic signature systems admitted and/or used at the headquarters. It is necessary to make an individualized request for each contest or activity to be subsidized, not taking into account joint requests that encompass several contests or activities of the same entity. Each application must be accompanied by the documentation indicated in resolution Seven of the call. Seventh.- Justification and payment of the subsidy: The provisions of resolutions Twelfth and Thirteen of the call will apply.
