Official description of the call
First.-Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons, groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets without legal personality, legally constituted that are considered commercial SMEs, that carry out their activity in commercial establishments located in Asturias with registered and tax domicile in the territory of the Principality of Asturias. Likewise, agricultural cooperatives, agrarian transformation companies (sat's) and trade cooperatives may be beneficiaries, provided that they are established in rural areas and their commercial activity is fundamentally intended for the supply of essential products, with registered and tax domicile in the territory of the Principality of Asturias and that they meet the requirements demanded in the call. Second.-Object: Line 1: Renewal of the image of the commercial establishment Carrying out substantial works or renovations and the acquisition of innovative equipment that implies an effective modernization of commercial activity, provided that they are carried out in the exhibition and sales areas to the public. Line 2: Incorporation of new technologies and innovation Implementation of electronic commerce; implementation of integrated systems related to any area of commercial SME management, improvement of the digital image. Third.-Regulatory bases: Resolution of May 26, 2025 of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Employment, (BOPA of June 10, 2025). Fourth.-Amount: Total amount: 355,000 # (THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND EUROS) charged to the budget application 1404.622C.776.006 "Aid plan for retail trade" of the Budget of the Principality of Asturias for 2026. The intensity of the maximum aid will be 50% of the eligible investment. In the case of projects under the generational replacement program approved by the Department responsible for trade, the intensity of the maximum aid will reach 80%. Fifth.- Deadline for carrying out the actions. The execution of the actions, as well as the issuance of invoices and their payment, must be included in the period from July 1, 2025 and the date of conclusion of the application submission period established in section 14 of the call, both included. Sixth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias and will end one month later. Seventh.-Other information of interest: The procedure will be processed entirely electronically, and will be mandatory for all people who attend this call. The applications and any writings or documents related to the granting procedure, management and resources will be submitted electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias, which can be accessed through the address https://miprincipado.asturias.es/, indicating in the search engine the procedure number AYUD0351T01.
