Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The associations of merchants and professionals existing in the City of Ames, legally constituted, and registered in the municipal registry of associations, may be eligible for these subsidies, as long as the registration data is duly updated at the time of requesting the contribution. The persons and entities referred to in articles 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies, will not be eligible for these subsidies. Second. Purpose. The following groups of activities may be subsidized up to a maximum of 80%: 1. Commercial Promotion: Maximum budget of €35,000 Actions and projects aimed at commercial communication of different kinds on the market will be subsidized: Advertising, sales promotion, commercial animation, holding exhibitions, conferences and those activities aimed at promoting products marketed by companies that carry out their commercial activity in the Ames City Council, as well as hiring expenses. personnel destined to promote economic promotion actions within the scope of its associates. 2. Infrastructure and equipment: Maximum budget of €5,000. The infrastructure and equipment of the associations will be subsidized (improvement of facilities, acquisition of furniture or consumables, own software or website, etc.). Likewise, the operating expenses of the association are considered included in this line of action, understood as such only the expenses of renting premises and management. Common maintenance expenses, such as telephone, electricity and water, cleaning, or the acquisition of real estate are not included. Those activities whose sole or main objective is the celebration of a meal among the members of the association will not be subsidized, without considering gastronomic celebrations as such. Trips that do not sufficiently demonstrate their eminently commercial promotion nature will not be subsidized. The expenses for which the municipal contribution is requested must have been incurred in the period between December 1, 2022 and October 31, 2023. The subsidized expenses must be used for the tasks of the association and the associated establishments. Third. Regulatory bases. Agreement of the Local Government Board of September 14 by which grants are called for the promotion of commerce in the Ames City Council. Fiscal Year 2023. Fourth. Amount. The maximum amount allocated to this call amounts to 40,000 euros, attributable to budget application 4314.48904 of the municipal budget in force. Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. The applications, along with the rest of the documentation, will be submitted to the General Electronic Registry of the Ames City Council, or to the electronic headquarters of the City Council (https://sede.concellodeames.gal/). It may also be submitted in the electronic Registry of the General State Access Point (REC), which can be accessed from the link available on the electronic headquarters of the Ames City Council. If any of the entities submit their request in person, they will be required to correct it through electronic submission. For these purposes, the date of submission of the application will be considered the date on which the correction was made. The deadline for submitting applications is 15 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the official Gazette of the province.
