Regulatory standards: Regulatory bases published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña number 159 dated August 22, 2023 and General Subsidies Ordinance of the Oroso City Council (BOP no. 246 of December 29, 2022). Budget Credits to which they are allocated: application 341.48100 of the expenditure budget for the financial year 2023. Maximum total amount of the subsidies called: The scholarships are classified for the purposes of this call in the following categories: 1ST LEVEL COMPETITIVE LEVEL PRIZE PARTICIPATION IN OFFICIAL INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION YEAR 2022 €500 PARTICIPATION IN OFFICIAL STATE COMPETITION YEAR 2022 €350 PARTICIPATION IN OFFICIAL AUTONOMOUS COMPETITION YEAR 2022 €200 COMPETITIVE LEVEL PRIZE PARTICIPATION IN OFFICIAL INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION YEAR 2023 €500 PARTICIPATION IN OFFICIAL STATE COMPETITION YEAR 2023 €350 PARTICIPATION IN OFFICIAL AUTONOMOUS COMPETITION YEAR 2023 €200 2nd LEVEL FEDERATION CALL PRIZE FOR BEING CALLED BY THE NATIONAL SELECTION YEAR 2022 €250 FOR BEING CALLED BY THE AUTONOMOUS SELECTION YEAR 2022 €150 FEDERATION CALL PRIZE FOR BEING CALLED BY THE NATIONAL SELECTION YEAR 2023 €250 FOR BEING CALLED BY THE AUTONOMOUS SELECTION YEAR 2023 €150 On these amounts, the corresponding personal income tax withholding will be carried out in each case. The global amount of the aid covered by the call is 14,000.00 euros. The established amount may be increased by resolution of the competent body after processing the credit modification file. Object and purpose of the aid: Support individual athletes from Orosó, as a means of promoting sports in Oroso and, in this way, achieving sporting achievements for the town of Oroso. These scholarships are intended to support sports practice and performance, both in relation to technical improvement and obtaining greater performance in the respective sports modalities, as well as facilitating their participation in high-level sports competitions. Beneficiaries of the aid: Natural persons of Spanish nationality who are federated athletes, of any category, exclusively in the form of individual sport who meet the conditions established in Base 3 of the Regulatory Bases. Concession procedure: Non-competitive competition regime between applications submitted that meet the established requirements and until the available credits are exhausted. Requirements to apply for the subsidy and how to accredit them: Applicants must meet the conditions established in Base 3 of the Regulatory Bases by providing for this purpose the documentation established in Base 8 of the call bases. Competent bodies for the investigation and resolution of the procedure: The investigation corresponds to the Sports Technician of the Oroso City Council and the resolution of the procedure corresponds to the Mayor's Office. Deadline for submitting applications: 20 calendar days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province through the BDNS. Place of submission of applications: By electronic means through the electronic headquarters of the Oroso City Council, accessible through the link https://sede.oroso.gal. To submit the application electronically, it is necessary to have electronic certificates recognized or qualified as electronic signatures. Alternatively, through the General Entry Registry of the Oroso City Council or in any of the ways provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 on the common administrative procedure of Public Administrations. Resolution and notification deadlines. The maximum period for resolution and notification/publication of the award of scholarships is 6 months, counted from the date of end of the application submission period. The period used to correct deficiencies and provide documents will interrupt said period, under article 22.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The expiration of such maximum period without notifying/publishing the resolution entitles interested persons to understand that their request for granting the scholarship has been rejected due to administrative silence.
