Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First.- Beneficiaries. Cooperative societies and labor companies that have carried out any of the actions provided for in their consolidation plan that are considered eligible in accordance with the Third Base, in the period between January 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023 and meet the other requirements established in the regulatory bases of these subsidies may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second.- Object. The purpose of this aid is to contribute, by supporting the hiring of management personnel and technical assistance services, to the consolidation of cooperative societies and labor societies in the Principality of Asturias. Third. -Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases approved by Resolution of May 11, 2023, of the Ministry of Industry, Employment and Economic Promotion (BOPA of 05/22/2023) which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the consolidation of cooperative societies and labor companies. Fourth.- Amount The maximum total amount authorized will be €250,000 (TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS), which will be paid from the budget application 14.04.3221.771000 (PEP 2022/000004 Aid for the Consolidation of Social Economy companies) of the General Budgets of the Principality of Asturias for 2024. Likewise, and for the purposes provided for in article 58.2.a) of Royal Decree 887/2006, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, an additional amount of €250,000.00 will be set, the application of which to the granting of these subsidies will not require a new call, serving the one now issued to all effects. This call is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the final resolution moment, otherwise this agreement will be understood to be revoked and all acts that may have arisen from it will be annulled, in accordance with the provisions of article 30 of the Consolidated Text of the Economic and Budgetary Regime of the Principality of Asturias, approved by Legislative Decree 2/1998, of June 25, and in the Decree 83/1988, of July 21, which regulates the Advance Processing of Expenditure Files. The aid included in this call will be granted on a competitive basis, with the maximum amount of aid being: a) In the case of requesting the subsidy for consolidation by hiring manager personnel, the amount will be 75 percent of the labor costs of the person hired, up to a maximum of 10,000 euros. b) In the case of requesting the subsidy for consolidation by carrying out any of the actions contained in the line of contracting technical assistance services, the amount will be 50 percent of their costs, up to a maximum of 10,000 euros. If the available credit does not allow the granting of subsidies for the maximum amount provided, the competent body will proceed to prorate them among the applicants who meet the required requirements, in proportion to the amount corresponding to each beneficiary. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline will be one month from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Sixth.- Other information Subsidy applications will conform to the model available on the electronic headquarters https://sede.asturias.es (by entering the code AYUD0477T01 in the header search engine, located in the upper right part). Applications will be directed to the Entrepreneurs and Social Economy Service, identification code DIR A03028882.
