IDENTIF BDNS: 1.- OBJECT. ELIGIBLE EXPENSES. RECIPIENT ENTITIES OBJECT The purpose of these bases is to regulate, under a competitive competition regime, the subsidies of the Provincial Council of Cáceres, in favor of the local entities defined in the fourth base, for the financing of administrative personnel expenses in order to provide the necessary and convenient public service to citizens who reside in population centers separate from the main one, in the year 2024. ELIGIBLE EXPENSES For these purposes, they will be considered of eligible expenditure the full remuneration and Social Security contributions of personnel hired under employment by the beneficiary entities for the development of the eligible activities defined in the first base, which are susceptible to imputation to chapter 1 (personnel expenses) of the budget of the beneficiary entity, in accordance with Order EHA 3565/2008, of December 3, which approves the structure of the budgets of the Entities. RECIPIENT ENTITIES The local municipal entities of the province of Cáceres with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants may be beneficiaries of this aid. singular of twenty or more inhabitants in addition to the main nucleus - excluding minor local entities, if applicable -, and that are not subject to a prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies in accordance with article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies. The list of these entities is included in the annex published with the Call. 2.- BUDGET ALLOCATION AND AMOUNT OF BUDGET ALLOCATION This call for subsidies is included in the General Budget of the Provincial Council for the year 2024, in application 02.9220.46224, with a total amount of four hundred thousand euros (€400,000.00). AMOUNT The Provincial Council will grant a maximum aid of Forty-three thousand six hundred and ninety-seven euros (€43,697.00). 3.- REQUESTS. PROCESSING SYSTEM AND SUBMISSION DEADLINE This call will be processed electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres (https://sede.dip-caceres.es), with electronic processing being mandatory in all phases of the procedure, including, where applicable, the refund phase. Applications must be submitted by the interested entities within a period of twenty business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres. 4.- DOCUMENTS Entities will submit their signed application after completing the mandatory fields of the general form of the electronic office, in accordance with the instructions published for this purpose. Only one application per entity will be accepted for processing. The requesting entities must present the Third Party Registration document in those cases in which the Provincial Council of Cáceres does not have it at its disposal or there is a change in data with respect to the last Third Party Registration, which is recorded in the Provincial Council's files. If the requesting entity needs to incorporate any other document to complement information, it may request it by email to the managing body, which will authorize, where appropriate, its incorporation through electronic headquarters, under the name of “additional document”. 5.- OTHER INFORMATION OF INTEREST PERIOD OF EXECUTION For existing contracts, that is, those carried out prior to January 1, 2024, the execution period will be understood as the period for carrying out the administrative activities and this will be between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. In the case of new contracts, the execution period will be understood as the period available to the Beneficiary Entity to hire the person(s) to carry out the administrative activities, as well as the duration of the contract (maximum 6 months).
