Ac. Government Board No. 8/24 of 01/26/24 approving the call for Subsidies to Associations in which Traditional Castilian Dance Groups are integrated, for their operation and development of activities, 2024

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit associations based in municipalities of the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants in which Traditional Castilian Dance groups are integrated and that are registered in the corresponding registry. Second. Object. Contribute to the support of dance groups and encourage the carrying out of their own activities. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. ? Cuantía total: 20.000,00 euros. ? Maximum amount per beneficiary: 2,500.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 30 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the B.O.P. from Valladolid. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible expenses: expenses related to the operation and development of activities carried out in 2024, including transportation, maintenance and protocol expenses. The following expenses will also be eligible for subsidies: dulzaineros services, acquisition of consumable goods, rental of goods, advertising, lodging, insurance, training, Personnel expenses and operation and maintenance of the association only after accreditation that they are essential for the adequate preparation or execution of the activity, which correspond to the period in which the subsidized activity is actually carried out, and up to a maximum of 10% of the subsidy granted. In addition to the expenses excluded according to the LGS, investment expenses will not be eligible for subsidies. - Compatibility: yes, although they will be incompatible with the subsidies managed by the Education and Culture Service of the Provincial Council of Valladolid, in this year, aimed at cultural associations. - Applications: online: https://www.sede.diputaciondevalladolid.es/tramites-disponibles/CULDAN/ - Documentation: as provided in the tenth base of the call. - Assessment criteria: number of members of the dance group, population of the municipality in which they are based, having an associated children's dance school, and expense budget for the year 2024. - Payment method: after justifying the expenditure. - Form of justification: by presenting a report and a list of expenses, in the terms provided in the twentieth base of the call. - Maximum justification period: November 20, 2024. However, those subsidized activities that end after this date may be justified within a period of one month from their completion, prior to the appropriate communication.
