Beneficiaries: Natural persons, registered in the municipality of Valladolid, with reduced mobility accredited by the certificate issued by the Base Center for the attention of people with Disabilities of the Government of Castilla y León, who do not own a mechanical traction vehicle or who, having one, are unable to drive; who have a monthly income less than 2 times the IPREM (monthly) and a movable capital less than 1.5 times the IPREM (monthly). carried out by the beneficiaries through taxis with a municipal autotaxis license issued by the Valladolid City Council.
