First. Beneficiaries. Individuals who meet the following requirements on the date of submission of the application may obtain the aid managed through this call: a) Be under 31 years of age. b) Be registered since at least January 1, 2026 in a municipality in the province of Valladolid whose population is less than 20,000 inhabitants. To determine the population of the municipalities, the latest data published by the INE will be taken into account. c) Be enrolled in one of the following options: o The University of Valladolid to study an official first-cycle (degree) or second-cycle (postgraduate/master's) university degree. However, enrollment in other public Universities of Castilla y León will be admitted when the degree being taken is not taught by the University of Valladolid or in private Universities as long as the degree does not exist at the public University. It will also be accepted that the applicant is enrolled at UNED.
