Official description of the call
Extract of the agreement of the Local Government Board of the Ascó city council dated February 8, 2024, which calls for subsidies for the inclusion of homes in the Rental Housing Pool Program. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First.- Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons registered in the municipality of Ascó and who are usufructuaries or holders of a surface right (while the right is in force) or owners of a free market home which they make available to the Ascó Rental Housing Exchange, as well as people who make up groups of natural persons. or legal entities, public or private without personality, that are owners of a home on the free market which they make available to the Ascó Rental Housing Exchange. Second.- PurposeAvoid permanent vacancy of private homes and, at the same time, encourage the use of these homes for people or coexistence units with difficulties in accessing the housing market.Third.- AmountThe amount of the subsidy is €3,000 in compensation for the limitation of the price, up to €1,500 to cover possible damages, improvements and small repairs and a maximum of two monthly rent payments to cover unpaid rent.Fourth.- Regulatory basesSpecific bases published in the BOP of Tarragona on May 20, 2021.Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applicationsUntil December 31 of the current year.Ascó, February 9, 2024The Mayor, Miquel Àngel Ribes Jornet
