Resolution of February 15, 2024 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, Industry and Economic Development, which approves the public call for subsidies for the modernization of rural commerce.

Official description of the call

First.-Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons, civil companies and legally constituted communities of property, which are considered rural commercial SMEs, within the territorial scope of the Principality of Asturias. Second.-Object: Line 1: Renewal of the image of the commercial establishment: Its objective is to carry out comprehensive renovation projects, including the execution of substantial works or reforms and the acquisition of innovative equipment that implies an effective modernization of commercial activity. Line 2: Incorporation of new technologies and innovation: Its objective is the incorporation of computer equipment and applications intended for business management, the implementation of computer networks, modification and expansion of existing ones, as well as the promotion and marketing of products through web pages. Third.-Regulatory bases: Resolution of the Ministry of Economy and Employment dated February 18, 2013 (BOPA of February 27, 2013). First modification of the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the modernization of rural commerce approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Economy and Employment dated May 26, 2014 (BOPA of June 13, 2014). Second modification of the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the modernization of rural Commerce approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Economy and Employment dated February 11, 2015 (BOPA of March 2, 2015) Fourth.-Amount: Total amount: €80,000 (EIGHTY THOUSAND EUROS), charged to the budget application 1706.622C.776.021, extendable up to €50,000 when the circumstances provided for in article 58.2 of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies are met, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. Maximum amount: 60% of the amount of the eligible expense, with a maximum limit of 50,000# (fifty thousand euros) per beneficiary. Fifth.-Deadline for carrying out the actions: The execution of the actions that are the subject of the call must be between September 16, 2023 and September 15, 2024. Sixth.-Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this Resolution in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias and will end on April 15, 2024. Seventh.-Other data of interest: The presentation of the documentation as well as the complementary documentation will be carried out in the terms provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In this regard, this rule establishes in its article 14.2 the obligation to interact through electronic means to carry out administrative procedures to legal persons, to entities without legal personality, to those who carry out a professional activity for which mandatory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity, to those who represent an interested party who is obliged to interact electronically with the Administration. ,,If any of the required requesting entities submits the application in person, it will be required to correct it through electronic submission. For these purposes, the filing date will be considered to be the date on which the correction was made. ,,The application together with the required documentation may be submitted: ",,Through the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias https://sede.asturias.es, indicating in the search engine the procedure number AYUD0047T01. ",,Through the electronic records of any of the subjects referred to in article 2.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. ",,By any of the means regulated in article 16.4 of the aforementioned Law 39/2015. The deadline to justify the investment made will end on September 15, 2024.
