ASSOCIATIONS OF JIENNENSES ABROAD 2024

Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries Associations and non-profit institutions of Jaenenses abroad, which are duly registered in the corresponding Registry, and must be so at least two years in advance of the date of publication of the Call. Non-profit associations and institutions of Jaén residents abroad will be considered those non-profit associations and institutions that have their headquarters outside the province of Jaén and that have among their purposes the promotion and dissemination of topics related to part of the territory of the province of Jaén or it as a whole. Groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets, lacking their own legal personality, will not be able to access the status of beneficiary. Second: Object. Execution of activities, programs and projects, within the framework of the Budget for the financial year 2024, aimed at non-profit associations and institutions of Jaén residents abroad, aimed at the promotion and dissemination of topics related to part of the territory of the province of Jaén or it as a whole. Third: Regulatory bases. Bases for Execution of the General Budget of the Provincial Council for 2024 (B.O.P. number 250 of 12/29/2023). Fourth: Amount. Total amount: 24,000.00 euros. Maximum amount per project: 3,000.00 euros. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. Twenty business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information of interest. Eligible activities: Activities, programs and projects aimed at promoting and disseminating topics related to part of the territory of the province of Jaén or it as a whole. Excluded from the Call are actions consisting of the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation and improvement of inventoried assets, as well as equipment of any type and the entity's own current expenses, such as leases, supplies, etc. Eligible expenses: These are those provided for in article 22 of the call. Compatibility: Yes. Documentation: That provided for in article 10 of the call. Assessment criteria: They are contained in article 15 of the call. Payment method: Prior justification of the expense incurred. Form of justification: The justification will take the form of a simplified supporting account of the expense incurred. It is necessary to present the documentation indicated in article 24 of the call. Maximum justification period: Until March 31, 2025.
