Resolution of 03/04/2024 of the Vice Presidency of the Municipal Institute of Social Services of the Badajoz City Council, which calls for subsidies to carry out Cooperation Projects in Developing Countries, annuities 2024

Official description of the call

FIRST.- Beneficiaries: Non-governmental, non-profit organizations and institutions, foundations and associations that meet the requirements established in point Five of this Call, among others, the following: Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Hon. Badajoz City Council, two years in advance of the date of publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz. Have included in its statutes, among its institutional purposes and activities, the carrying out of cooperation activities in developing countries. Have a structure and consolidated experience, necessary for the fulfillment of its objectives and for the development of the activities to be subsidized in this call. SECOND.- Purpose: The subsidies granted will have the purpose of financing projects that contribute to the economic, social and educational development of developing countries, improving the living conditions of their inhabitants and satisfying their basic needs that are executed by non-governmental, non-profit organizations and institutions, foundations and associations, with experience and consolidated structures in the country where the project is developed. THIRD.- Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Badajoz City Council, published in the BOP of Badajoz, on February 2, 2009. http://www.dip-badajoz.es/bop/ventana_anuncio.php?id_anuncio=33251&FechaSolicitada=2009-02-02 FOURTH.- Amount. This call for subsidies has a budget of €188,000 (with the possibility of increasing the amount up to €192,000, provided that the Municipal Budget of the Badajoz City Council is definitively approved), establishing, in principle, as the maximum limit of the amount to be requested, by each of the associations, 22,560 euros (12% of the total Budget set in this call, according to the third point). 1.1.4). FIFTH. Application submission deadline. 15 business days, counting, from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz. SIXTH. Other data. In accordance with the provisions of article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, applications will be processed exclusively through electronic means, through the presentation of standardized models, and will be accompanied by the documentation required in these bases. The submission of applications may be submitted in the electronic registry located on the main page of the IMSS in the IMSS Registry, of the Hon. Badajoz City Council, in the administrative care centers, in the personalized response offices or in any of the registries and offices included in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure. The projects or actions that support the subsidy must be executed from January 1, 2024 to November 14, 2025. The deadline for submitting the supporting account corresponding to each annuity of the subsidy: - Annuity 2024: December 15, 2024. - Annuity 2025: 3 months from the completion date that appears in the approved project execution project, with the limit in any case of November 15, 2025. The payment of the annuity corresponding to the year 2024 will be made as follows: A first 50% with the granting resolution in advance of the justification of the amount granted pursuant to the provisions of article 35.4 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Hon. Badajoz City Council. A second 50% once the 2024 annuity is justified in the terms established in the call. The payment of the 2025 annuity will be made as follows: A first 50% once the justification of the 2024 annuity has been verified and once the 2025 budget year has been opened. A second 50% once the total grant awarded is justified.
