Resolution of March 19, 2024, of the Department of Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and Citizen Rights, which approves the call for the granting of subsidies to youth participation emancipation entities

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: The following youth participation entities may apply for subsidies that are the subject of this call: a) Youth Associations. b) Youth Sections of other Associations, provided that they have statutorily recognized functional autonomy, organization and self-government for specifically youth affairs. c) Those entities that in their statutes contemplate the provision of services to youth, in the specific field of youth activities, non-profit and not specifically sports, that reside and develop their activities in the Principality of Asturias. All of them must be registered prior to the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias in the Registry of Youth Participation Entities of the Principality of Asturias (REPJPA) created by article 25 of the Law of the Principality of Asturias 6/2019, of March 29, on Youth Participation and Promotion and regulated in terms of its organization and operation by the Decree 34/2021, of July 2, BOPA NO. 13, of July 13, 2021. Second. Purpose: Those projects will be subsidized, up to a maximum of one project per entity, that include actions aimed at young people between 16 and 35 years old that facilitate access to employment, whether employed or self-employed, and to housing in decent and quality conditions. In terms of employment, the activities will be aimed at care, information, advice, monitoring, support and training, whether employed or self-employed, and in relation to their labor rights. In terms of housing, information and guidance will be offered for access to housing, as well as economic, legal and constructive advice for access to housing. Third. Regulatory bases: Regulatory bases approved by Resolution of April 25, 2018, of the Ministry of the Presidency and Citizen Participation, BOPA No. 107 of May 10, 2018. Fourth. Amount: The total amount of the call amounts to forty-two thousand (42,000) euros, with a maximum of six thousand (6,000) euros per beneficiary entity. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Sixth.
