Official description of the call
First.—Beneficiaries: The natural or legal persons who organize and carry out the annual popular festivals in the different towns of the council who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid provided for in these bases: a.- Have legal personality and capacity to act and be duly registered in the Registry of Associations of the City Council of Grandas de Salime in case the applicant has such an association. b.- Be up to date in compliance with tax obligations with the State Treasury (AEAT), with the Treasury of the Principality of Asturias and the City Council of Grandas de Salime and with the General Treasury of Social Security. c.- Not being involved in any of the circumstances included in article 13.2. and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. d.- Have justified any subsidy that has been previously granted by the Grandas de Salime City Council, provided that the corresponding justification period has ended. Second.—Object: The purpose of these rules is the regulation of the system for granting subsidies to be granted by the Grandas de Salime City Council in the form of “Subsidies in Kind”, to natural or legal persons that organize and carry out traditional popular celebrations in the different towns of the council, in order to promote culture, a municipal competence in accordance with article 25.2. m) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of Local Regime. In this sense, only one annual subsidy will be granted per town. Third.—Regulatory bases: BOPA No. 104, dated June 1, 2023 Fourth.—Amount: The maximum amount of subsidies for the current year amounts to €21,000. The eligible activities are the organization and celebration of traditional popular celebrations in the different towns of the council of Grandas de Salime, for which purpose “subsidies in kind” will be granted, which will then be granted. indicate: A) Rental and transportation of generating sets with the corresponding insurance, refilling with diesel-A, and perimeter fences to protect it. Fifth.—Deadline for submission of applications: Applications for aid must be submitted within four months from the publication in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias of the annual call for subsidies in kind, in accordance with the model attached as Annex I to the rules of the call published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias No. 104 dated June 1, 2023, also attaching Annex II that appears in the same publication and copy of the DNI/CIF of the applicant. In any case, interested parties must submit applications at least 20 calendar days in advance of the scheduled date for carrying out the activity.
