SUBSIDIES UNDER AN INDIVIDUALIZED EVALUATION REGIME, AIMED FOR THE GRANTING OF DIRECT ECONOMIC AID OR BENEFITS TO PEOPLE IN A SITUATION OF SOCIAL OR SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL EMERGENCY FOR THE YEAR 2024.

Official description of the call

FIRST.- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS TO BE A BENEFICIARY OF THE AID: - Submit a report from the social worker of the community services of the Bormujos City Council in which the situation of vulnerability, risk and/or social exclusion is reported for access to the aid request. - Be of legal age. - The applicant must be registered in the municipality for a minimum of six months and reside on the date of submission of the application. - The applicant must be a natural person and owner of the supply to be able to process social aid for payment of supplies, and it must be for domestic use. For those special and specific cases in which the applicant/owner of the supply matches is not possible, the Technical Valuation Commission will study whether the processing of the requested aid is appropriate. - Receipts subject to aid must be certified as unpaid by the supplying company. - If you receive notification of a supply cut-off, the user must provide said cut-off notice as well as the related invoices with sufficient notice in relation to the cut-off date, so that the appropriate steps can be taken with the supply companies to avoid it. - The payment of fines and sanctions of any kind, as well as the payment of taxes and fees of public administrations, except urban solid waste (R.S.U.), are excluded from these Aids. - In the cases of family units with dependent minors, of compulsory school age, there cannot be a file opened for school absenteeism. A family unit will be understood to be one made up of one or more people effectively living together at the same address and who are related to each other: - By marriage, registered de facto partnership or analogous relationship duly accredited (through responsible declaration). - By ties of kinship by consanguinity, affinity or adoption up to the third degree. - It will be considered that the only person constitutes a family unit when he/she reaches the age of majority and lives alone. - Third-degree relatives who live with the user will be taken into account as long as they are not part of another independent family unit. It is considered that they belong to an independent family unit: - When, due to unexpected circumstances, the person is temporarily housed in the habitual residence of their parents/grandparents or another family member, and does not correspond to the situation described in the previous sections, a circumstance that must be documented. - The concept of single-parent family established by the Junta de Andalucía: Single-parent families are those households made up of a father or mother in charge of at least one son or daughter under 18 years of age, or of a son or daughter older than 18 to 24 years of age, unemployed and without income or when one of the parents, after marital separation or divorce, owes, does not contribute income to their children (it must be documented documentaryly). - Have justified the financial aid granted by the Municipal Social Services during the last 12 months. -That the concepts are not simultaneously covered by other Administrations/Public or private Entities, except if the aid granted does not solve the need, and in this case it may be complemented by the Local Administration. General modality for financial aid: scale report of personal/family circumstances, with a minimum score of 31 points must be obtained. Annex I of resolution 284/2024 of January 31, including the following sections in the scale: - Economic situation: 21 points. - Family unit (U.F.) Coexistence unit (U.C): 23 points. - Employment Situation: 14 points. - Health situation: 10 points. - Housing area: housing 12 points. - Other situations of vulnerability, risk and/or social exclusion: 13 points. - The promotion and full development of individuals, families, groups and communities, promoting avenues of participation to raise awareness, search for resources and solve problems, giving priority to the most urgent social needs. - Promote the integration, promotion and participation of individuals, families or coexistence units in all areas of community life.
