Aid 2024 Restructuring and Reconversion of the Vineyard, according to the Resolution of April 8, 2024 that calls for them

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es and in this DOE. First. Beneficiaries. Winegrowers, whether natural or legal persons, who are not included in any of the cases regulated in article 12.2 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and whose vineyards are used for the production of grapes for winemaking, may be beneficiaries of the aid. Second. Object. The resolution aims to establish the public call under a competitive competition regime for aid intended to support the restructuring and reconversion measures of vineyards in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura within the Wine Sector Intervention (ISV), within the framework of the National Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the Kingdom of Spain 2023-2027 and by virtue of Royal Decree 905/2022, of October 25, which regulates the Wine Sector Intervention within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (BOE No. 257, of October 26, 2022), modified by Royal Decree 92/2024, of January 23, which modifies various royal decrees relating to the fruit and vegetable sector, viticulture and beekeeping, and the regulation of different aspects of the exercise of agricultural activity and the management of the Common Agricultural Policy and the regulatory bases of this aid that are established in the Order of March 15, 2023, which establishes and regulates aid for the restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy, (DOE number 54, of March 20, 2023) for the 2024/2025 campaign. The aid for the restructuring and reconversion of vineyards regulated in this resolution will apply to vineyards that are intended for the production of grapes for winemaking. These aids are aimed at the following eligible activities, in the terms established in article 1 of the Order of March 15, 2023, which establishes and regulates aid for the restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy. a) Varietal conversions. b) Replanting with or without conduction system. c) Replanting of vineyards when necessary after mandatory grubbing up for sanitary or phytosanitary reasons by order of the competent authority. d) Improvements in vineyard management techniques. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of March 15, 2023, which establishes and regulates aid for the restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agrarian Policy. (DOE number 54, of March 20, 2023). Room. Amount. The aid for the restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard in Extremadura contemplated in this call will be paid from the budget application 120040000/G313A47000/FA23000001/20230093, for an amount of €9,000,000, corresponding to the following annual payments of the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2024: Annuity 2024.- Project 20230093: €5,000,000 Annuity 2025.- Project 20230093: €4,000,000 These funds will be financed entirely with the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and will be expandable or minorifiable depending on the recognized rights or income commitments, Therefore, they may be increased in the case of future allocations from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to this Autonomous Community for the financing of this aid, in which case an announcement will be published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura with the available amount. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period will be fifteen business days counted from the day following the publication of the Call Resolution and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadu.
