Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Beneficiaries. Associations, federations and confederations of the commercial sector that meet the requirements established in article 2.1 b) of the regulatory bases. Second. Object. Subsidies intended to finance the development of grouped actions for the development of commercial animation projects with the purpose of energizing, promoting Extremaduran commerce and promoting commercial associations. Third. Regulatory bases. This aid is contemplated in Decree 130/2024, of October 15, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid to promote trade through grouped commercial revitalization actions in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Room. Amount. The aid will consist of a subsidy for 90% of the eligible expenses, with a maximum amount of aid per application that may not exceed the following amounts: a) If the action is to be carried out in a municipality of more than 20,000 inhabitants: up to 8,000 euros. b) If the action is to be carried out in a municipality between 10,001 and 20,000 inhabitants: up to 6,000 euros. c) If the action is to be carried out in a municipality between 5,000 and 10,000 inhabitants: up to 5,000 euros. d) If the action is to be carried out in a municipality of less than 5,000 inhabitants or in a smaller local entity: up to 4,000 euros. In the case of associations, federations and confederations that have a territorial scope greater than a municipality, and as stated in their statutes, if the project they are going to develop is supramunicipal in nature, that is, it is developed at the same time in different municipalities within said scope, for the purposes of determining the maximum amount of aid, the sum of the populations of all the municipalities involved in the Fifth supramunicipal project will be computed. Eligible expenses. Expenses related to the development of the activity included in article 3.1 of the regulatory bases will be considered eligible expenses. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will begin on the day following the publication of the call and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, and will end on July 31, 2026, or, where appropriate, until the Seventh budget credit is exhausted. Others. The call for the aid line for commercial animation projects developed by associations, federations and confederations of the commerce sector has a total amount of 500,000 euros, 50,000 euros charged to the 2025 budget and 450,000 euros charged to the 2026 budget. This aid will be charged to the budget application 14.003.341A.780.00, expenditure project code 20230018 called “Promotion of trade through grouped actions”, fund code FD211A1302. This aid is subject to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/1058 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 24, 2021 regarding the European Regional Development Fund and the Cohesion Fund, and is part of the ERDF 2021-2027 Extremadura program, with co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within Political Objective 1: “Improve the competitiveness of the SME”, Investment Priority: 1.A “Digital and Intelligent Transition”, Specific Objective 1 iii). “the reinforcement of sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and the creation of jobs in them, also through productive investments.” They are 85% co-financed by the European Union, through FEDER funds.
