Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. LINE 1 Microenterprises (including the self-employed) and special employment centers of social initiative: 1.- That have their productive or work center in a municipality of the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants. In the event that a production or work center is not necessary to carry out the activity, the registered office will be considered. 2nd.- That they are registered in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants, in the event that a production or work center is not necessary to carry out the activity. 3.- That the hiring entails the net creation of employment among the company's average workforce in the last 6 months immediately prior to the incorporation of the person whose contract is subsidized, without the possibility of hiring personnel who, prior to the date of submission of the application, were linked to the company or self-employed indefinitely for 1 year prior to the incorporation. A minimum stay of 1 year in the job hired on a continuous basis is required, except in the case of discontinuous permanent contracts, where a minimum stay of 3 months in a period of 1 year will be required. LINE 2 Self-employed: 1st.- That they are registered in the RETA or in the mutual insurance company corresponding to the Professional Association to which they are assigned as of July 1, 2023, inclusive, and that they have not been registered in the 1st prior to the date of submission of the application. 2nd.- That they have their production or work center in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants. In the case in which a production or work center is not necessary to carry out the activity, the registered office will be considered. 3º.- That they are registered in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants, in the event that a production or work center is not necessary to carry out the activity. 4º.- That they present a BUSINESS PLAN that guarantees that the activity to be developed is viable from a technical, economic and financial point of view. It is required to maintain registration in the RETA or Professional Association for at least 1 year from the date of registration. Second. Purpose. The following help lines are called: ? LINE 1: EMPLOYMENT: encourages the creation of new jobs. ? LINE 2: SELF-EMPLOYMENT: encourages the creation of independent or autonomous business activity. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. ? Total amount: 700,000 euros. ? Maximum amount per beneficiary: LINE 1 For hiring a full-time unemployed person with an indefinite contract, you would receive, as long as the expense is covered, a fixed amount of 2,000 euros, and a variable amount of up to 2,000 more euros, in accordance with the following parameters applicable to the hired person (which would be cumulative): ? Woman: 500 euros? Young person (up to 36 years old, included): 500 euros? Over 45 years: 500 euros? Between 37 and 45 years old with dependent child/children: 500 euros? Person with diverse abilities: 500 euros? Long-term unemployed: 500 euros? Person in a situation of gender violence, terrorism, domestic violence or social exclusion: 500 euros? Work center located in a municipality included in the Territorial Development Program for Tierra de Campos (according to the list that appears as an annex): 500 euros These amounts will be prorated based on the annual work period in the case of discontinuous permanent contracts (at least 3 months per year). In the same way, these amounts will be prorated based on the percentage of working hours in the case of part-time work (not less than 50%). In the case of discontinuous part-time permanent employees, both prorations will be applied. LINE 2 You would receive, as long as the expense is covered, a fixed amount of 2,000 euros, and a variable amount of up to 3,000 more euros, according to the following parameters (which would be cumulative): ? Woman: 750 euros? Young person (up to 36 years old, included): 750 euros? Over 45 years: 750 euros? Between 37 and 45 years old with dependent child/children: 750 euros?
